The drinks here are good, don't let my rating make you think otherwise. Sometimes it's just the service.1. I went once, ordered a drink and a tiramisu slice. The cashier told the other girl to get it. But the other girl turns to me and yells "YOU SAID COOKIE?". I had said "no, tiramisu" and she says "it sounded like you told her cookie". They then start to laugh.2. Placed a pick up order. It notified me it was ready, and I still waited in my car a few minutes. After about 5 minutes, I went inside. Girl behind the counter asks me what order was mine. I told her "it's a pick up order for --" and she just turned away. I assumed maybe it wasn't ready. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I noticed my order had been sitting in the fridge the whole time. I walk up again and let her know that my order was the one in the fridge, showed her my phone. She then gave me a face, the drinks and the straws and turned away.There mightve been 1 or 2 other times but these really stuck on.
Fries are bomb. Employees are friendly. I love how they put a sign where “employees are short staff, will take longer to wait” at least it’s an heads up to know. They smile and is always clean !
I love how this place is situated next to a dozen other great Asian restaurant. This boba spot is the perfect post-meal drink.They are super efficient here and boba is very reasonable. They also have other desserts like macarons and cakes, but we didn’t try any of those.I’m so glad they have honeydew boba. It’s my favorite flavor. My friend got the pistachio matcha and also really enjoyed it.I customized my drink to be 50% sugar and less ice. They don’t charge extra for less ice which is great, and they still fill the drink up.The boba itself in the drink is so fresh, soft, chewy, and mildly sweet. It’s easily some of the best tapioca pearls I’ve had.I highly recommend this spot for excellent boba!
Great customer service they fixed my order when it was given to me wrong. clean place and delicious boba drinks.
If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered thru Postmates for pick up and they sent me a message that it was ready at 9:15 I’m still here and they’re barely making my drinks. So unprofessional and very unorganized. This one lady with glasses seems like she hates her job. Don’t even check she just says she don’t know for everything you ask.
My two mocha bobas were not good :(! They had no flavor whatsoever and they’re all usually super good when I get them from the IBT near DTLA/Wilshire area. Cashier was friendly though!
Beware the Latte's. They are quite literally just frothed milk. I'm not one to bother the staff because I work in fast food. Hope you can improve the process so that others don't waste their time or money on subpart products.I do however. Recommended the rest of the menu as the milk teas and slushier are quite yummy.
The rose milk boba tea w/SoyMilk and 50% sweetness was sickly sweet - gross. The boba was soft and decent tasting. Their operation really needs some work - it didn’t seem crowded but they took 15 mins to produce my tea.
They know their Boba, it’s just right. However, some of these flavors just don’t mix. The matcha and strawberry drink looks like it had soggy fruity pebbles in the bottom and tastes like you sprayed perfume in your mouth as an aftertaste. But the Ice blended Thai tea is amazing.
Usual boba spot. Boba is very soft - not hard ?? Also Açaí bowls with honey. Very packed . I did respect that the associate did tell me before hand there will be a 20 minute wait.
