This place is cute better then the one by my house honestly. The aesthetics is pleasing and the customer service is great. The girls in the front were super kind and yet so friendly. I ordered the passion fruit and it came with the little star jellies so I was so stoked to get that. It was super cute and yet delicious. Didn’t really see the entire menu until I ordered which is on the side. Guess that’s my fault for not looking. I highly recommend this spot for your boba needs
Good boba place but One of the workers is so mean to the girl that was working she made a mistake on a drink and he was so rude. I wanted to tell the girl to just leave man he was so verbally abusive

This place was atrocious with customer service. I had a BOGO coupon from their reward system and I clearly redeemed it at the store. The employees/manager would not honor it despite all the points being used up on the account. I will say they took some amount off but what is the point of being in Gongcha’s reward program if they’re not gonna honor it at all the stores. I’m just really mad about how the employees handled the entire situation. They basically had the attitude of “we applied a discount so get on your way” rather than overriding what their machine was spitting out. It might not be worth the $2 but the experience with the staff just made me feel so cheated and uncomfortable.

First time trying Gong Cha. Tried Taro Milk tea and Brown sugar boba milk shake. It was really nice. Nice ambience
This boba spot has a few locations in the LA area. I tried this one after visiting Kura's Revolving Sushi in the same plaza in Torrance. Service was friendly and pretty quick too!They are known for their Milk Foam Tea which is a bit savory and makes your tea pretty creamy. I also added the Star Jelly which tasted like cut up fruits in the shape of stars. Definitely had a fruity chew and was pretty good.You can also customize the amount of sugar you would like too which is nice.Overall, a pretty good and classic tea shop!
