Absolutely delicious and authentic Peruvian food! The Lomo Combinado was amazing. Tender steak and grilled veggies over a bed of beans and rice. Make sure to get the "pisco sour" -the signature drink of Peru! The staff is super friendly, and Antonio, the owner, is one of the nicest guys ever. Can't recommend this place enough!
I've been coming to this location when I'm in the area for 15 years and it is always great. Lunch portions are generous and well worth it.
The #5 and the fried plantains were amazing! I went in blind on a recommendation from work, and I absolutely plan to eat there again whenever I am in the area. It far exceeded my expectations.
Really enjoyed Pollo a la Braza for lunch. Ordered the half portion, but too much for me. Ended up having the leftover for dinner which I didn't mind at all. The crew were attentive. Even the to-go box included the special spicy salsa!
Loved this place the lomo saltado was amazing. The soup they give so good. The dessert to die for.
Terrible service. No one stopped by to check on us to offer refill drinks. My son waited for someone to refill his cup, no one showed up. Before that, we asked for dishes to serve chicken. It took a long time and requested to three different waiters. Rude staff. On top of that, gratuity tip was included on the bill. Food is ok, not that great. Never going back.
Excellent food! I'd post a picture of the delicious rice I bought but I ate it. Love the atmosphere in this restaurant! Beautiful.
This place is trash! Brought my kids and wife to eat at this place, right off the bat we were never greeted waited in the waiting area for about 5 minutes until I finally decided to go inside and ask, to Wich I was rudely told to go and wait by the entrance, after being seated we were ignored for another 5 minutes literally until I waved at a waiter to come help us, after receiving the food we were highly disappointed the rotisserie chicken looked dry as can be the fried rice had a thick layer of oil on it it was extremely oily and the noodles were the only acceptable part of this meal also extremely oily.... Definitely not returning to this place I still have a bad taste in my mouth from this place.. check your silverware before eating my wife was given a disgusting dirty spoon.
My wife and I just got home from visiting the restaurant located off the 91 Freeway in Gardena and our experience was not the best. When we arrived we were greeted well, our server was pleasant and took our order and that was the best part of the entire service. Our server never returned to our table.From that point forward, no one came back to our table to check on us. We never got our drinks and they did not even put utensils at the table. After much wait, we got our food and that’s when they discovered that they never brought drinks, utensils, soup or bread. All of a sudden they all rushed and put everything at once at the table. By the time we were finished with our soup, our food was cold.When we finished eating, another server came to our table to get the plates and asked if everything was good. I told her it was not and asked to speak to the manager. Instead of getting the manager she asked us what was wrong and we told her how no one ever showed up to our table and how the food was cold. She asked why we did not tell the person who served us that the food was cold, and we told her we couldn’t because no one ever stopped by once. The server said she was going to ask the manger to give us a discount and walked away. A short time later, another male server (who was serving the table next to us) showed up and said he heard we had bad service and asked us what had happened. We went through the whole story again and he said he was sorry that the most he could do was to give us a free dessert, which we turned down. While he was talking to us, the check was dropped off and the moment we left the payment, it was immediately picked up and we had our change. Funny how quick they were to drop off the check and were looking out for the payment but not as attentive when it came to our service.After the guy left our table, the first female server who heard our complaint came back and asked if everything was ok. I asked her if the guy I had spoken to was the manager and her response was “he is right now.”
