I just had A wonderful conversation with an Awesome Domino's Employee while ordering my food, Her name was Maratsia she was very respectful and made me feel very welcomed.
Well, after an hour and a half wait, we got one less pizza than we ordered, a salad from a week ago, and nobody will answer the phone.
Just terrible.....go somewhere else. Ok the first sentence was from a previous experience. This is me editing my original review to make it even worse after my sister ordered from there. She was staying at my house while her husband was on a trip for work. So she ordered and played online. We waited 2 hours for delivery, so I went to the location to pick up our pizzas and they wouldn't make new ones because they said the others were already out for delivery. So I went back home, waited another 2 hours. Pizza never showed up. So my sister was out $30 for some pizza that never even came to my house and they refused to make them when I actually went to the location. This place just needs to close. DONT GO HERE! They are terrible. They deserve 5 negative stars. -5-5-5-5-5!
Easy curbside pickup.
Horrible customer service. They promote offers which do not honor. They have two minutes to bring your pizza to the door/car. The first time around they said they stopped the timer because they didn’t have the salad for my order. Today they stopped it because they had two order at the same time. I just want to know how that’s my problem. Also, last weekend they didn’t bring my pizza on time I got an email to redeem my pizzas, today I tried redeeming them and the email expired. REALLY!!!!!! I think it’s time to order from another place. I’m not giving them any stars.
Wow, has this place taken a turn for the worst, and based on the rude customer service i got when I called them to let them know my only vegetarian option pizza arrived with sausage/meatballs on it the accused me of lying? Its no wonder this location has such a low rating. If there is another dominos in your area make the effort to drive a little further of delivery isn't an option because this place ALWAYS, takes 30+ minutes longer than the dominos tracker claims is going on. Over all terrible experience the last 3 of 5 times I have ordered in 2021. I'm just gonna stick with the HUT from now on.Also they told me it would take an hour plus to get my replacement pizza delivered.
Fail, simply put. Ordered on the app, and the app indicated the order was complete. Six minutes later we arrive and are told TWICE it would be a few more minutes. Utterly unacceptable. First, and LAST, time they’ll get my business.
If there was an option to put a negative review we would. Customer service is horrible.
I’m so glad I read all those negative reviews before I ordered the pizza! I was very clear with my instructions, because somebody in their review said that the pizza was really dry and it tasted like cardboard, one person said that they forgot to put cheese on it, or didn’t put enough cheese on it common and most of the people were complaining about the pricing. Yes if you’re used to Papa Johns specials, their prices here at DOMINO’S are over 50% higher, and I can’t understand why they have different prices at different times of the day/night. It’s the same pizza, and the same amount of labour is involved, and the same ingredients are put on the pizza in the same amount no matter what time it is so why are the prices higher after 9:30 pm?And’ so many people were complaining about the delivery service, even people that only lived a couple of blocks away said that it took over an hour to get a cold yucky pizza delivered. I solved that headache, because I didn’t wanna called yucky pizza delivered to my house, because there seems to be a huge issue with the delivery times, I avoided that bye driving down there was only a few blocks, and I waited in the parking lot for about four minutes, they called me and told me that my pizza was ready, I was so freaked out by all the negative reviews that I just ask is it okay if I take a look at it before I pay you? And it looked fine.but I’m sure it was because I drove out there and waited in the parking lot to get it instead of waiting for some person who can’t read a map to deliver it to me.Q no se puede hacer un unI also didn’t like that they charge you a $5 delivery fee to drive it five blocks away. I know the price of gas has gone up, but they don’t burn a whole gallon of gas going a few blocks.Which would be okay if it went to the driver, but I don’t think it does, who knows what happens to that five bucks m
