No lie we go way alot. Food is good but never any fajitas in this place and the man on the grill is not polite ever. The 2 ladies who help me at the ordering station are so nice 1st is long black ponytail girl & glasses green braids girl. Asked both your names but so hard to understand. I was uncomfortable ordering and you made me feel like family. Never had that happen. Thank you.

This place needs better management.You will not find what you want Monday - Friday during lunch hour. They are always missing something smh..I don’t get it… You know lunch hour is rush hour, why don’t you have everything thing out.Thank god in n out is in the same shopping center.Don’t bother with this place during lunch hour, you’ll regret it.
First always is something wrong with this location. Today was was only accepting card because was not change in cash. A run out of cheese . Always is missing some product that way only 1 star this time
Ordered barbacoa burrito and got one tiny chunk of meat. The rest was rice, bean and the rest. Check your orders before leaving
This place always seems to find a way to get my order wrong. I'll be missing chips, or salsa but the best one so far has to be where I ordered a burrito and I got a bowl instead. The sticker order on the bowl said burrito. How dafuq do you mess that up? How are you going to work at a burrito place and confuse a burrito for a bowl? Honestly, I think the collective i.q in that place of all 5 employees is probably 98
I ordered a $5 promo during the halloween 'boorito' special and the portions were almost half portion and the rice was not cooked fully! Don't run the promo if you are not able to process it!
Size here is significantly smaller than any other chipotle we went to. Bowl was half filled and the burrito had like 5 layers of folds from the extra space, was basically just eating the burrito wrapping.When we asked the person she was like “everything is 3 ounces only, I measured specifically.” The person next to my server was shaking their head at how small it was.
Great as always! There's a lady there that might be the manager or shift leader and she goes above and beyond everyday. Next time I'm there I'll get her name and update the review. She makes that chipotle sing like a well oiled machine
