The beans are so good! I am obsessed with this place for. A late night food run. I live the rolled tacos, they remind me of my time in San Diego, and are my go to food. The trick is a get the refried beans added to them. The super nachos are my go home and Netflix binge food. No pics because I usually start munching in the car, lol.I need them to sell their red sauce in a bottle. I live for it. Omg it's so good!
First time we went, drive thru was EXTREMELY slow with only a few cars in it. No problem. Just means food is good, right? Nope. Only had the tacos, but the "carne asada" was bland, dry, and boiled. Definitely not grilled. The tortillas were a bit stale around the edges.Gave them a 2nd try about 2 months later. No improvement. Spent longer in drive thru. Got taquitos this time. The taquitos were very overcooked and tasted like super old oil was used. Ended up with bad stomach issues afterwards.2 chances, and never again. I usually love cheap greasy spoons like this, but Alberto's isn't the place to go.
Reminds me of the Mexican food style from San Diego where I grew up. Best flavors and combinations.

First and last. I ordered 5 rolled tacos and a carne asada chimichanga. I told them no sour cream on both. And they put sour cream. The cook is terrible. Doesn’t know how to put any of the food I ordered together. Alberto’s should fire there night staff.
I have gone to this restaurant before and Gardena is very nice place the food itself is very tasty and I enjoy it I don't get to that restaurant very often but when I do and I'm in the Gardena area I'll definitely try to stop by besides people there a very pleasant the ladies they do smile and they do talk with you and some of the cooks do to so I say you get what you pay for and they've never turned me down and didn't never did me wrong I enjoy the restaurant very much however they don't know I'm a vocalist and they don't realize that I'm all social media but the fact of the matter is I'm just myself and I go there to enjoy the food. The super fries here are a favorite of my friends and mine. Every time I am in town we make a point to come get them.
They have gone downhill. The shrimp weren't cooked all the way, they made a carne asada burrito instead of chicken, the taquitos were horrible, the guacamole was dark which means it was old. Oh and the salsa is horrible. Truly not the same. So sad.
Hire more people in busy days fri,sat,sun 20 min to get your food in this busy City will put you guys out of bussiness. Food is ok slow servicee too slow
More like a 4.5. Place needs a major face-lift, but food is delicious. To the cashier, you forgot my straw after you folks me out was in the bag. Lol.
