Worst Yoshinoya in the Santa ana radius. This place used to be family oriented, better than the one by 17th and Main in Santa Ana. Man in drive thru on his phone, unprofessional and very high attitude. I received half my order with a hot Pepsi in the side. When I asked for ice the "dude" pretty much shrugged his shoulders placing his phone down saying "no ice" and closes window. Management I hope you do something about it. 6/30/22 10:50 pm.
Not only very rude , slow service, they gave my order out then when finally after waiting 40 more mins when i did receive my food not only were items missing they did not thoroughly cook my beef the steak was cold and the rice like one scoop i ordered two combos and the side of noodles was suppose to come on a bed of rice i received half a scoop of cabbage no rice . It eas gross and i will never return. Not to this one.
Hadnt been in a few years. Got a coupon. Went to register, the female was talking to her male co-worker and stated she would be with me in a minute! She took the coupon, told me the cost and walked away from the register, I had to run the card 3-4 times before it worked. Another employee finally came to register, horrible customer service!
I love the food here It's delicious. But I will have to say customer service really tanks here. It seems like they don't really like what they're doing. And that's a shame because the establishment itself is very well kept in the food like I said is delicious. If somebody was to ask me if they recommend this place I would say yes it's recommended because other quality of food.
They got the order wrong, but still enjoyable. Very tasty food at takeout prices. Healthier than many alternatives.

Food was amazing and the customer service was literally the best. We’re visiting LA and Isaak and the other workers were so helpful and friendly. The experience all around was 10/10!Ps the original beef bowl overloaded with the red pepper seasoning smackssssss
The food here tastes kinda good. Something needs to be improved but I can't quite put my finger on it...
I love Yoshinoya. I had a teriyaki chicken & beef, with vegetables combo. It was as delicious. The preparer made my plate look appealingly and appetizing. Thank you.
I ordered food and I found hair in the bowl, the food also tasted 2 days old. I thought the other Yoshinoya was bad but this one is horrible.
