The employees here were very nice and the inside was really clean!
Service was fast but quality went down. The pattie of the meat from burgers shrunk. The extra extra small frosty. The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Employees are nice
It was horrible. Took way too long to get my food. Gave me stuff I didn't asked for. Thought I was given extremely spicey chicken pieces. Fries weren't crispy. I was looking forward to having Wendy's today because I somehow seemed hungry this morning.
I used to go to Wendy's a lot in my college years because they had great value. Nowadays, every time I go here, I'm remind about why I don't come here often. Just paid $3.89 for a Bacon Double Stack that's small than a Carl's spicy chicken sandwich. Finished the thing in 5 bites. Service was great, though, pricing is stupid. Note to self: stop coming here, even if it's only a few times a year.
I know the Wendy’s menu. However, this particular night I wanted to know if they had caught up with everyone else and added a vegetarian option to the menu yet. I asked if they had any veggie burgers on the menu (Purely checking to see if there’s any updates that I didn’t know about yet) and the lady at the drive-through window said no but we can wrap your burger in lettuce…?… I told her I wanted a veggie burger. Which means I want the bun with veggies and cheese, but I don’t want the meat. She said, “OK would you like all of the veggies with that?” I answered yes please. As I was driving away checking my order I saw lettuce with bunch of veggies inside and no cheese. ??♀️ I was very hungry and trying to take medicine after I ate. I had to drive my car in reverse past all of the new cars in the drive-through window, get at the end of the line, and asked them for the correct item when I got to the menu to tell them it was done incorrectly. When I got back to the window to get the correct order the lady I was speaking with stepped aside for a guy to retake my order. A nice little, “I’m sorry or my apologies would have been very nice to hear. Instead the bag was handed to me and the window closed with no one on the other side to make sure I was happy with my new order. Of course the fries were cold because I had to wait for a new meatless order to be put together.
I like Wendy's. There aren't enough of them around. They remind me of homemade burgers and the chili is awesome. Unlike chili from the place with the same name..(chili's) yuk. Wendy's chili is way better and their fresh are good also. Along with the frostys. For dipping your fries in.
Worst drive thru asked me to repeat my order 3 times the news fries were cold and soggy asked for no onions still had onions. Then she dropped my debit card . Avoid at all cost go to new beach Blvd location.
Terrible Wendy’s. More than a few times now, I’ve come home from the drive thru to find items from my order missing. The effort to go back for my missing items is not worth it. The employees here have a terrible attitude to the customers as well. Might as well go elsewhere.
