1st place to start if you love crawfish. We have been a customer for 20+ years.
The food was good, service was spotty. We had a member who is deathly allergic to shellfish and just wanted potatoes and fries. The server looked done and annoyed at the allergy. When we got the potatoes, we asked if they came in contact with the shrimp at any point and he said no I don’t think so. We asked another waiter who spoke Spanish and he went to the kitchen to ask and said yea, they were cooked with the shrimp sauce and if we had mentioned the allergy before. We said yes and he apologized and got us new potatoes which definitely had a different color sauce which made her feel better (shellfish sauce tends to be darker than without). Just please be careful with any allergies in the future.
I used to enjoy coming here, but after three years and a few changes, the place has gone downhill.It's has lacked its signature flavor.The staff have become very rude when attending. I have seen them ignore customers waiting to be seated for about 15 minutes before acknowledging them, and that's on a slow day.They will sometimes ignore them completely if they arrive minutes before their last call, instead of informing them that they are closing soon. They did that to me recently. I spent 20 minutes standing and making eye contact with both the female at the counter and one of the male serving the food, until a family member walked closer to ask if they were still opened or close to closing. The male said to "ask the girl at the counter because he only worked there." When my family member approached the counter where the female was, she rudely answered, saying their last call was at 9. They could have have just said they were closed instead of having us stand there for that amount of time.
Food was good, just felt a bit rushed and staff seemed to be in a hurry to leave. They didn't want to give us refills and one of the employees seemed bothered to get us refills.
Food is good. But they never answear the frking phone.?
The food is always on point. I love the mix it up flavors specially when is spicy. This place never disappoints me always an amazing service.

Food is alright just like boiling crab.However the staff is kinda sh!t.We didn't notice the sausage and we wanted it out, then they made excuses liek bro just remake it I'll pay it?♂️So alright food a little pricier than boiling crab tbh.
Warning, BEWARE ⚠️ Disappointed!!!We decided to have a family night out. 12/23/21 at about 7pm. Costumer service wasn't great AT ALL, asked for a bib and did not take it to us, went to ask for it at the front and the gal gave me a look with attitude.We were 8 in our table. We decided we were all leaving a tip behind, but when we saw our check they had taken FULL 20% tip which totalled over $50 for tip only. I decided to ask onto why did they added on the check, they stated that if it was 6 people tip had to automatically be 15% and for 8 people it is AUTOMATICALLY 20% tip?????? REALLY???? I asked to please show me where that was stated,she showed me the menu and it states that 15% will be added to bill for 6 persons OR MORE!! Asked where it stated the 20% for 8 people and said that system automatically does it when it is 8 people and their menu hasn't been updated to state that but said they're working on it!?I asked to speak to a manager and they say they had no manager until they were getting ready to close restaurant.Just beware if you come to this place check your bill and make sure they don't tip themselves as they wish. Not sure if any of us will return.
