Had the Panang curry and it just wasn’t good. Was a cheap gravy like sauce with no flavor. Perhaps some of their other food is good but avoid the curry.
I always come to this place , I like their food specially Tom Kha soup, it used to be delicious, me and family came today April 9,22 and we all notice it doesn't taste the same (we didn't like it at all) that is the reason we come to this restaurant just for this soup.We notice they didn't put the bamboo they used to add before, very small chicken, mushroom portion why??? Why change the soup ??? Please go back to the other cook or version, because we (our family) we all notice is not the same as before ,something has changed, not as good, very thin (watery) and not the right flavor before was thicker consistency and more coconut flavor.Employees could be a little more friendly (they seem they are always upset on the way they talk, act or treat you )specially those older ladies .I like my order taken by the 3 guys that work there, they are very good and friendly.I notice portions got smaller .Please go back to the previous recipe or cook on Tom Kha soup iI thank you!!
I wont be surprised if these guys were more famous for their hospitality than food. Khua Khai and Dragon noodles were good. Quantity was a lot. They offer complimentary Thai Ice tea and Deep fried Ice cream to everyone!Water and drinks are served in foam cup ? Just wish they get rid of foam containers for the sake of environment.
Such excellent food and extremely friendly and hospitable! I loved the free ice cream and drinks, it was overall just phenomenal food and great place to eat! Thank you to Jasmin for her very friendly demeanor and simply her kindness in lowering the spicy level so that we could enjoy the food better :) I would 100% come here again and recommend it to everyone.
Their yellow curry is as good as their service; it’s excellent! It’s a rare pairing to find both amazing service and delicious food. Thai Famous Cuisine is the perfect spot for some good bites!
Amazing late night dining spot in the area! Khua Khai was good. Quantity was a lot. Blown away with their service! They Offered free Deep fried Ice cream in the end which was a pleasant surprise.Water was served in foam cups. Just wish they get rid of foam containers and cups for the sake of environment.
The food was delicious. The waitress told us that they had the spiciest Thai food in Orange County. I think she was right. On a spice scale of 1-10, 2 is about the correct heat if you like a 4-5 at most other places. I will be back. Reasonable prices and entrees included Thai tea and a side of rice as well as fried ice cream.
No-frills Thai food eatery with fun vibes. This place is a hole in the wall but very affordable, and all the staff are nice and friendly. Don't expect fancy seating. But there's fun colorful lights and large screen TVs. It's casual and comfortable. The food is standard fare and nothing extraordinary but decent. Most importantly, this place is open late which makes it a great option if you have shopped until you dropped at the nearby outlet mall. This place is really super affordable PLUS you get free Thai iced tea, with refills! What is there to complain about! Initially the server got one of our orders wrong, but they promptly replaced it and gave us free dessert at the end. Really can't complain about the service and the low prices and that's why they get 5 stars. Great customer experience. Very convenient that they are open late. I expect to be back.
Wow.. don’t know how people give this place good review.. food was horrible period.. been to a lot of authentic Thai places.. this is not tom yum or papaya salad. Tom yum soup have to pay extra for shrimp otherwise you only can have mushrooms…
They give you free beverages- Thai Iced Tea refills! Super nice server and delicious food. The place is nice with little water fountains. When they brought my food out it was covered and they set it down with a little cute reveal. All this and still great prices.
