New boba place, the most special thing is their machine ordering system. The boba itself is alright, more chewy than soft.I order matcha milk tea 50% sweet with creme brulee and cream cheese. It looks good but the tea flavor is not strong. I wouldn't order again unless my friends want to. Overall, not worth a visit but it's alright if you're near the area.
The house mocha was delish! Loved the chalky sensation they left me to drink up at the end of the coffee. Yummy! Definitely getting house mocha again. Breakfast sandwich was amazing too. Friendly staff as well.

I ordered for delivery through Postmates because as staff we could not leave the office. They forgot to give the second package to the delivery guy, and that was why I got 4 drinks instead of 9. I called back to resolve the problem and the other employee/manager/ship leader (I really guessed based on that person's attitude) yelled through the phone while I was talking to the staff that forgot to send the drinks. They refused to refund the order and asked why which I had to state again that was not my fault, and the last thing I would want to do is calling back to get the drinks for my boss and my coworkers. I have been waiting patiently after the staffed called back and promised to do a full refund on Jan 28, 2022. However, I have not received any feedback/notification from my bank about this transaction yet. I wish I could give negative star for the service. The drinks quality if great, but I am afraid to return due to the way they handle the order.

Typically I love Boba and this place is no different I frequent this Plaza often as usually I do deliveries and the oolong tea for me is the best create serious quick serious fast and friendly staff I’ve never been disappointed here.
I ordered a taro milk tea and it was mushy? I think they may not have blended the powder long enough or put too much in. It was super weird and did not even drink half of it. The tast of the tea itself was fine, just a super mellow flavor.
Great place. Awesome service. I got the Hokkaido MT with boba. It came out pretty good. Just wished the tea flavor to be a bit stronger. But overall a decent experience. Will definitely be back :)
