I've been getting drinks here every morning before work for the past few weeks. They regularly go out of their way to write cute notes on the lids, and are very communicative when taking orders. Only a couple times they were out of stock for my usual favorites, but the baristas were quick to find a substitute and are always patient when doing so. The smiles are contagious here
One of my favorite starbucks in the 90034/Palms-area for convenience and speed.
Ordered two Caramel apple spice & got steamed milk. The right drinks are when they remade them. No explanation or apology for giving us straight up PLAIN MILK ? what happened??

This location has the best, friendliest staff. I am impressed that so many remember my order and even my name. They always have a smile and a good attitude.
Coffee is okie for me , but some other drinks is too sweet.
