5-stars for being the only coffee and breakfast available at 6:15a on a Saturday morning. All other restaurants appear to be closed before 7a in the Hyatt.Caution: if you are here for a dance convention, this is the ONLY location to grab food for your dancers before the 7 am classes begin. Expect a 20-25 minute wait for items that needs to be warmed up.
We got Starbucks from this location three times while on vacation.The baristas are very fast and efficient for such a busy location, but be prepared the prices are about double what you would pay at a different Starbucks location.In addition every single time the same cashier made a mistake on our order. Either the wrong size or not making a drink decaf etc. We watched them make mistakes for other guests too while we were waiting for pickup.We also had to send back americanos that we ordered with extra room that were filled to the top.
My food was good but my drink had a few chunks from the oat milk. Kinda gross but it’s ok. It was still good. My main problem was the fact that there were a bunch of anti masker girls with their moms getting Starbucks before their dance performances. I was staying at this place, there were hundreds of them at the hotel, but they all flocked to the Starbucks in the morning. Overall 4/5 experience

I accidentally mobile ordered to this store and when I called them they said they had to refund it in store and would remake my order since it would be bad by the time I could make my 20 min walk from the other store I meant to order from. When I got there, they were rude and even made my order very wrong. It wasn’t even filled up all the way. They didn’t put almond milk in there which would of still let me drink it but Im very allergic to regular milk so couldn’t. After them already being rude, I decided to just call customer service. Apparently customer service can cancel the wrong order but either the workers here didn't know that or were just trying to make the sale at their store. Customer service from starbucks went above and beyond, but seriously dont go to this store.
Bad service , workers were talking among each other while I was ordering my drinks they couldn’t make a Frappuccino because they didn’t have a blender what kind of strabucks is it

Always good coffee, the good thing about this Starbucks is, there never is a line.
