I come here every morning and order the same drink. My mom has to drive back every morning thru the drive thru because they can't make a white chocolate mocha with 6 pumps. I've been inside and I've watched them make other people's drink and their over here not even putting full pumps. Today I asked the guy to put 3 dollars in cash and 3 dollars from my debit card to put onto my Starbucks card and then to pay with my Starbucks card but they guy just paid woth my debit card ? I didn't get my Starbucks points and when I asked y he did that he said he didn't know obviously if he was paying attention he would of did it correctly. He spent more time decorating his name tag than making sure my coffee was made correctly.
This location closes at 9:00 pm, not 10:00 pm like the listed hours state. :(
My husband ordered green tea frappuccino for me from this store. Taste really light, I felt like I drank ice not green tea, I could estimate right away when I saw the color. I have been drunk serval time green tea frappuccino at Starburks but this store is the first time. Hope they should check quality before sale to customer. Disappointed!

You know a few weeks ago they would have gotten 5 stars. Something with this location has gone down the drain over the past few weeks. I whole heartedly expect exactly what I order when my drink is nearly 10 bucks. They've severely gotten my order wrong for the past 4 mornings in a row. First is was the lack of peppermint, then no mocha, once without the 6 extra shots and this morning was the final straw. A peppermint mocha with 6 shots completely missing the peppermint, mocha and the 6 shots. Literally tastes and looks like hot milk mixed with coffee flavored water. The investment I've put into this Starbucks I expect a lot better from them. This is very disappointing and I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this location. Never again will you get a dollar from me.
I order a drink with one pump of Carmel. I got my drink and drove for 10 minutes and then tasted my drink which was to sweet. I went back to the store asked for a refund and asked them to remake my drink. LIEN was very rude and inconsiderate she wouldn’t make a refund.
A bit loud if you want to work on something. Otherwise great!
