My Name is Danbii manager of alot of location of ShareTea in Seattle and North Cali.Currently I just moved down here to thinking expanding my business. And i inspired by Starbuck. I really love Starbuck I would drive miles for it. But I lucky to move down here to this Starbuck is literally right a corner of my house. Not even a 2min walk.The cafe is close so we take the drive thru. To ask to buy a drinks! And say no to a customer? With some attitude? This location need to training there employees stop begin lazy to make a drink when they got no wait line
The girls in the drive- thru are terrible. They made the drinks not hot, and when we asked them to heat the drinks, they made a new one, but it tasted like water, I asked them to remake the drinks well and be hot, they talked badly and threw money in my face and closed the window !!!!

Small size but bright and cheery inside. Indoor seating and a drive through, no outdoor seating here.
Far from the most efficient Starbucks I have visited in my travels. Didn't have any strong brew at 7am and 7:30am. Took 15 mins for a Vente Coffee Plain.
Had a seasonal frappucino carmel brulee tasted great

I had the worst customer service I have ever received from the Starbucks today and this store. The employee Alexa, bombarded me while I was in the restroom by pounding on the door very loudly for a good 20 seconds in order to let me know that somebody was waiting. I was unaware of this because the customer did not knock or let me know they were there. I was completely embarrassed and scared to be honest by her extremely aggressive and disrespectful way of notifying me. She is not the type of person that should be working for Starbucks and its Starbucks wants to get in the business of policing people in the restroom, they need to train their employees on how to be tactful and respectful. To be honest I would rather have been approached by a policeman then Alexa. Because at least the cop would have respected me enough to notify me that I needed to leave the restroom before getting crazy with me where Alexa started our interaction with getting crazy with me
Friendly staffed who greeted everyone as they entered. I walked in and the drive-thru was quite busy. Staff was efficient and helpful. It was nice to see they appreciated their regulars.
