I went to the Round table in Garden Grove, California. I received the worst service ever. My food took over 40 minutes. I eventually canceled my order, because I waited so long that I got a migraine headache. People who ordered after me received their food before me. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. I have never been so upset in my life. This is the first time I've had issues at this round table. The app kept saying the location was closed so I wasn't able to order ahead of time. Something needs to be done this can not happen. I have been telling all my coworkers how good the food and service is, but I am very disappointed and upset.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life trying to order a pizza. The girl had no idea what was going on to the point I had questioned if this was even a real round table or if I was being scammed. I was informed the pizza would be delivered in roughly an hour and had to call back at a hour and a half only to hear they had no record of my order. Once I informed her that she was the one I had placed my order with she denied it until I gave her all the facts, then states the driver is out with your order. ??? Do not order for delivery from this location, at least not in Thursday evenings.
The worst service!! I called ahead to have the pizza ready for done in... girl behind the counter handed us a pizza with slices missing. Says she dropped them, offers a personal pan to replace it. We waited an extra 20 minutes after we finished eating to get it. I had to go all her the status and she answered, with what?? She had just put it into the oven... never coming back because I wanted to slap her.

Ate here during Disneyland trip , great food and even better customer service. I really recommend if your visiting the Disneyland area !!
Felt bad for the lady who was working, they were super short staffed. She was very nice and had an amazing attitude.
This use to be my family’s favorite place to go.UNTIL we recently seen the guy making pizzas wearing the same gloves to check his phone. We will NOT be returning!
