I told my wife to come here since its relativity new. But we really regret it now. No chicken wings, barely filled coleslaw, a not crispy chicken sandwich and no normal ranch. No coke and no iced tea as well! They really need to step up their offerings or else why stay in business. Chic Fila a next time. Oh I should've taken a picture of the rice and beans. It's more like a rice bean soup, half filled like the rice.
This is a BIG disappointment! Chicken is not fully cooked, not crispy and bad taste. The biscuit didn't taste good either and to make it worst they forgot one of my sides. If you want good popeyes go to the one down Katella and brookurst.
We've given this place chances, new location, in the beginning food was good even if they got the order wrong, not fast service. Today though, horrible, when you ask for no pickles and you literally just take pickles of old sandwiches.... and leave pickles on the other, its just wrong... we couldn't finish our not cheap old sandwiches drenched in pickle juice, and could not go back due to lunch hour limit...
If it could be 0 stars I would! First time ever having Popeyes in my life and the last... I placed an order online for 6 piece chicken tenders all all that came were crumbs of batter. I called back and really asked if these were tenders, the lady had the nerve to say yes
The worst Popeyes I go ever. Chicken is not well done, cashier is very careless and not friendly. Service takes Big Zero. Restroom is not clean, looks like public restrooms (sink & urinary are soo dirty).
First time ever to a Popeyes to try those famous chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good, but cheap tactic to charge .25$ for a dipping sauce.Bathroom was UTTERLY GROSS. Smelled, like a bathroom shouldn't smell like. No toilet paper, no paper towles...unless you count all the paper products thrown all over the floor.Don't know how the staff wahes hands...didnt stick around to ask
PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWSCustomer service is really bad. Its like every employee in this location hates working there. Food too horrible. Chicken was dark and pink from the inside. Like they havent changed the oil they fry it in.The only good thing was the chicken sandwich and soda. Surprisingly it was clean inside but empty guessing since its surrounded by businesses and I visit it during the night.
Even though this location is fairly new it seems that it always has out of products. Also the young employees seem not to have the best customer service skills. Such a shame because it's so close for both my job and when I need to go home to pick up something. Hopefully they improve
ordered for pickup, 1 car in drive thru, took 10 minutes for them to take the cars order. I got to order menu it took 10more minutes before they came. told them was there for pick up. got to window they didnt know what I was getting even though I had given my name, then took 5 minutes. for them to finally fix my order. IT WAS A BIG FAIL
Thee worst Popeyes. The food is always awful at this particular Popeyes off Knott for whatever reason. I have returned 3 times thinking it was just a bad day… no the quality of the food here is awful. The chicken sandwich today is beyond gross. The chicken is chewy, rubber like, and the breading is so hard and sticks to your teeth. Taste like it has been sitting for days. Mashed potatoes were half way decent today. Before they were like soup. Highly recommend to drive down to Westminster. Better food and service all the way around. Have never had a bad experience there. Sorry, but I am totally disappointed. This is actually my for review ever.I tried to call, but no one answers and the voicemail is not set up…. Go figure….
