I give honest reviews. The food was good, but the service was definitely lacking. They did t give any napkins, or spoons for the gravy. Also they filled our drinks with just ice. It was really disappointing. I hope the service gets better
Don’t go here. This popeyes sucks, I’ve been going here for the past few months and there’s always something wrong. They always get my order wrong and the drive thru speaker is never working. And they always ask me to park when I go through the driver thru. Just went and not even surprised, they got my order wrong. Do better bruh it’s not that hard.
went there for the time and it will be my last because they didn't have flounder fish sandwiche and the cashier got my order wrong and then she asked another girl to take my order then she also got it wrong then I asked for cup holder they didn't have any and luckily I checked my order before I left because they didn't put in a meal I ordered. good if you there
By far one of the worst Popeyes I've been to. They constantly get my order wrong and I consistently have to reenter the store because something is missing from my drive thru order. I'd rather go to the Popeyes on First and Harbor
The food is always good. It just took Forever. The order speaker is out so you can't order till you get till the window, then they start to fill it. Waited about 45 min. Asked for a lot of sweet heat for 10 tenders and got 4 had to go in and ask for more, and no I'm not counting the time I waited inside for more sauce. It was 45 min just in line.
I don't know what to think ?. I love the food here, but the service really suvks. I ordered on Sat.abf was short 2 sandwiches, and then I went today and was short a mashed potato and gravy ? ? it ? ? here I think there missing a few screws .I went through the drive-thru and was told it will be 10 min. I said okay and it took 18 min.and it was wrong. I don't understand why???? What is wrong with this picture.

If I could rate this Popeyes Location lower I would. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt several times, But it’s always the same. The staff is super rude, unprofessional. Drive thru is a mess. They need to fire the whole staff and start fresh. Never going back here again.
Bad advertising!!!! How are your closing hours set to 10pm when your drive thru is closed at 9:30pm? Either you don't want to make sales, or your short staffed, or you are simply advertising the wrong store hours, whichever it is you guys need to update your information so people don't drive to your location for nothing.
They were slow. The parking was impossible. Then they got the order completely wrong. Worse, it was lunch time just starting and they had no Mac n Cheese.Love Popeyes just avoid this one.
