Hand tossed dough was overproofed or just old and mangement isn't keeping up to date with the MRDs.
I asked the employee what is this extra service fee for and he said it’s an extra fee they charge for delivery. I said to him, I’m in your store so why do I have to pay that extra fee? He then said, we charge everybody. Okay…. So what is it?!? So I looked it up online and apparently, since December 2021 PIZZA HUT started collecting the extra SERVICE FEE just so the executive of the company can stay wealthy. I feel bad for the store employees cause they’re getting yelled at by customers. Employees are really nice here.
More friendly management and staff. Upon walking the lobby the manager or supervisor made eye contact with me and just turned around and left the counter lobby. I felt very unappreciated! My 11 year old son was waiting for me in the car while I went to pick up my order and he even noticed that he ignored me.
I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite place to get my pizza only because I like a thick crust, but i do like there Alfredo pasta and they have friendly customer service , plenty of parking but when you go inside it’s very small , I would suggest if they can ask the customer phone number and call them with their pizza is ready When they’re outside weighed in the parking lot, I had to wait 10 minutes and when I went inside the my pizza was ready , I think their prices are too high for the quality of food.
The customer service at this location is top notch! They were wry welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed.
The thin pizza half and half was too salty . I do notKnow what they placed in the tomato sauce which made the pizza too salty that you cannot eat it . Good the white sauce is not so salty. Please double check your recipe and taste test it first before selling it to your customers.
My pizza was delivered promptly and still hot. The pizza was also fairly good for the price I paid.
Order came quick. Everything was hot and fresh and the delivery person was pleasant!
I ordered Alfredo pasta but I got marinara. I would recommend this pizza hut if my order were correct
