We were so excited to give Pizza Hut a try again for National Pizza Day. Very disappointed! For Spicy Double Pepperoni, it was lacking in the spicy category and if you call having 2 types of Pepperoni as "double" - very misleading. Double usually means twice the amount of Pepperoni. As for the taste, not Pizza Hut quality. More like a grocery store frozen pizza quality. Dough was a little on the undercooked side. Overall taste was nothing that stood out. Little Ceasars would have been better. Fees for delivery on Pizza Hut's website were almost the same price as the pizza itself. Would have been better off ordering from Uber Eats. Still fees but at least I would have earned points. BUT the customer service and delivery service were great though. Most likely will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.
Worst customer service ever ! The manager and the delivery person Did not care once so ever on their mistake. and didn't even bother to fix this problem to make this right. what ever happened to keeping the Customers happy. i definitely felt i got scammed. Me giving one star is because i wanna share my bad experiences publicly. I been giving this pizza hut my business for year's. Now im going out my way to an other pizza company. Papa John's pizza ?.
There was a 1 mistake but they rectified quickly and we were satisfied
Pizza hut is already terrible fast food pizza, but this place is the worst of all the local pizza hut. Service is horrible, and the pizza taste worse somehow compare to the other pizza hut places. I rather drive 2 extra mile down to the one on goldenwest then order here.
They hace and excellent service..
I ordered some pasta and cookie from doordash. The food was excellent but the driver did nit put my order in a plastic bag for protection nor included utensils or napkins which i thought was unprofessional as well as unsafe considering the covid virus is still a threat
My driver was lost, did not speak English so I could not communicate with him. When he finally outside of my home when I aked for a non contact delivery he was argumentative. My food was cold and not packaged well part of the order spilled onto the ground. The manager that night was did not listen to my complaint very well. Jose did not seem to know how to handle customers. He said he would reimburse me but i have not yet been able to confirm
The food was great as always and satisfied my cravings for pizza. I really appreciated the fast delivery time and how the driver maintained social distancing by leaving my food in an area where I could pick it up easily.
The deal is good. It is easy to place the order on line. The order is ready for pick up on time.
Chicago pizza was not like I expected. I liked it from previous years better.
