I don't go as often as I used to, because the past 3 times I went ,They were out of the "Dish" I usually buy..Plus..the one I did buy, I had to wait 5 min. In front of the store for chowmain..something they should ALWAYS have ...VERY frustrating when ur in the drive through and have no choice but to get something you don't like..Done with tgis location ?
This is the best Panda Express!!! Food is so tasty! Wow! I don't know what the cook is doing in that kitchen! Any time I'm craving panda I don't mind driving 20-30min to come here.
To the management or franchisee of this location,Here are issues that this location have;1. Extremely small portion size2. Rude employee3. Employee who doesn't even know how to take orderI guarantee you this place won't last more than an year, if you do not fix this immediately. Last 30 days, I have already noticed that there is no customers in drive thru (lunch and dinner time).Please fix this.
Just went for a quick meal.Drive thru was empty. Supposedly nothing was ready was told to wait upfront for 5 minutes.Waited 15 minutes they forgot about my order so I went inside. I literally watched 5 people that came after me get their order and leave .Portions are ridiculously small. They never give you any chow mein it's like a child size serving.Look at my $20 mealIm Done with this panda express. Not going backBad management all the way around nobody knows what they're doing
I order in the drive thru and got a family pack that cost like $60 with sides. Got home and my box of honey Walnut shrimp was half empty and I even paid the premium up price. It's was so frustrating it ruined my day and my meal due to how much money I paid. How can you be greeted with something that ain't even yours. it's not coming out your pockets or anything. How can this be going on In america I need justice for my honey Walnut shrimp box. In all honesty next time I'm going in and make sure they fill up smh
Portion sizes are extremely small and cold. The staff is rude and I felt like they were trying to mess with us the second we started our order. They would continually cut you off when you’re speaking and then gave us no sauces at the end. Not even for the teriyaki chicken, it’s not teriyaki without the sauce jerks. That would be just cut up fatty chicken pieces. Never going back
I don't know why they would like you to order online. It would have been faster if I had just gotten in line and ordered that way. They didn't have my order ready when I got there and had given them plenty of time to make it before pick up time. Then had to wait while they screwed up and put it on the track when it was ready instead of handing it to me. This wasn't the first time that this has happened either.
I come here pretty often and I’m pretty disappointed in my service today. Ordered a large root beer and when I got home found out it was flat. Then opened my bowl and there was a really small portion of food where the rice went almost to the top and maybe a half scoop (if that) of my entree. Overly spicy compared to any other Panda Express. To the point I can’t even enjoy my food.
My husband and I, was asking our selfs why this Panda Express was empty!!!!! And for our surprise we have answers!!! Order first plate, half and half with pepper steak and teriyaki chicken, second was whole chaow mein with orange chicken and the walnut shrimp!! We got home, wasn’t teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken and whole chow mein, was wondering why was the hurry for taking out order when we was the only ones!! I believe customers pay for food and spect good customer service!! One car no body inside of the restaurant!! Making sure the people are giving our change for the hospital foundation is the always priority!! Spend more time making sure the customers have everything and the right order before they leave supposed to be but panda have no care about making people happy
Very unsatisfied with this service. The customer service was bad as well as the food. The food gave me and my husband stomach problems. He had the runs and I had the runs and was vomiting. Was not worth it at all
