Amazing staff! The first night we stayed we had some dinner and the server was extremely kind and attentive to our needs! The following night i came down to the bar after a long day of Disneyland and enjoyed a delicious drink and had a great conversation with the bartender.

I step up to the bar, and the female barkeep is two feet from me and she's making a drink. She doesn't look at me or acknowledge me.She walks down to the other end of the bar and gets another person's order. So I go sit down at a table for 4 and Crystal does a fabulous job as my server!Within moments I get my drink and guess who straddles over? The barkeep . . . she interrupts me as I am watching my game and says, "There were two people ahead of you so I had to get them first!"Duh . . . that would have been nice to hear when I was standing right in front of you five minutes ago at the bar!No one wears name tags but she walks with a limp!I would have preferred to use a name --- but c'est la vie!Someone please train her up or make her a bar back until she learns the subtle intricacies of being a successful bartender and a gracious representative required of a Hyatt hotel employee!

Erika makes one of the best GnTs I've had. She has an extensive knowledge of cocktails and very lively. Will be back!

Solid burger, an OK beer selection, good service, decent prices. Great overall for a hotel restaurant!

Nice friendly staff, good selection of drinks. Serves its purpose as a hotel bar

My friend recommended this place to us and we loved it.. We had ordered chili dog, green dog, patties dog and fried Oreos. Everything we had ordered was good especially a chili dog and have amazing flavor. Overall great experience and will surely try more options.

Good food , had nice server that helped with take outs, even though he was way busy

We stayed in the Hyatt where the OC Brewhouse is located for Christmas at Disney. That led to us needing to find dinner on Christmas day with most places closed. The front desk had a sign about a prime rib special that night, so we thought it was a Christmas event, but it was really just free for all seating pulling tables together and watching overburdened staff try to keep up with a full restaurant. We sat for a long time with our waitress working to get to us. Once she did, the food was very good but at hotel prices. I had a hummus and olive appetizer that was very good. My salmon caesar salad was tasty and huge. Kids enjoyed their chicken fingers and hamburgers. My wife was not over the moon about the prime rib, but it was decent. So far parts of the meal I would give 5 * and other parts 3 * - but it was a welcome option to have on a cold Christmas evening.

One of my worst dining experiences, waited 40 minutes for water after ordering & another 2 hours for pretzels. The part I don't understand is the fact they weren't remotely busy. Completely disappointing.

Not the place it used to be. service is not good at all.
