Who in the world is working the drive thru window right now 5/2/22 at 9:38am? It took her forever to take my order. I honestly don't understand how we both speak English and you don't understand a simple order. It can't be that hard to work at McDonalds, it just can't be. Let's just pretend the drive thru is TikTok and maybe something will get done here. Unreal....
It was dinner time, traffic was moving pretty smooth on the drive thru. The grounds were very clean. Once I arrived at the window to place my order, the young lady was polite and curteous, she just messed up taking my order and got it wrong. I arrived at the window to pay and my order was still wrong. The manager was called. The manager finally managed to correct my order and gave me a refund. More customer service needs to be done here.
Worst McDonald's ever! I asked for napkins coz we don't have it inside the bag. And gave 1 pc? Really?? And about to ask for more but just went away! Never going back to that McDonald's location again. Ever!!!!They should train all of their employees what customer service is. And customer satisfaction is!
It's been two years since covid hit and it is just not acceptable to have your indoor dining closed at this point. McDonald's is about consistency and knowing what you are getting wherever where you are.
Ideal for a quick snack or treat as an incentive for afters school. The young lady at window 1 is extremely friendly.
Ordered $30 of breakfast, hot cakes, sauages and got NO SYRUPS, NO JAMS, NO UTENSILS, NO NAPKINS!!! Now how are my kids supposed to eat it? Tried calling them and their phone lines only buzz. Someone tell the drive thru guy to wake up!
If you want to get your food fast don't go here. There are so many methods for people to order that their kitchen was obviously overwhelmed. The team member taking my order at the front desk was awful. How do you order an egg and sausage biscuit combo with no cheese and a coffee and get an egg and sausage biscuit with no egg and a coke!? ?
Who ever manages isn’t doing their job as expected. Waiting in the drive-thru it’s supposed to be fast; and it’s not, taking more then 15 minutes. My grandma is over 80 and makes food faster then this place. If you want to order through the drive -thru bring your tent.
Decent and freshly made food. Dining room closed, but patio dining and drive thru available.
Less experienced staff… slow and we need to wait for long time… burger is good but service needs to be improved..
