So there was an issue with my order and the manager went above and beyond and not only apologized + free small fries for the wait but I could tell he made them fresh and the were nice and hot/fresh!A+ :)
They have one of those split drive thru ordering boards, I was the only vehicle waiting, then another vehicle pulled up and their order was taken before mine for some reason. When I got to pull up to pay, the girl was busy either on the phone or talking to someone I couldn't see, so there was no verbal communication with me, just a hand out the window to collect the payment and hand me a receipt. My order was just a couple of cheeseburgers which were cold, the meat seemed thinner than usual, and just tasted awful.
The girl taking the order at tye drive through was beyond rude, pretended to not hear me and then mishear me, when I repeated my order 3 times she said they didn't have anything named that, when both myself and my BF were looking at it on the menu. I got out of line, staff like that make me nervous to trust handling my food and beverage, I wouldn't want to risk their foolish immaturity with my health.

Very outstanding service but it was awhile to received my order, not the reason I am reviewing this a five stars. I was very delighted to get my order at the end of the day and as well the manager who was in charge that moment gave me the order on the house (free!) Thank you MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEES & GMS!!!!!!
Long drive thru lines at times, shopping center can be a bit restricted. It's McDs, you know what to expect from them. The customer service is always good, even if they forget the sauce sometimes. ?
New to the area. First time here probably give them one more opportunity before i look elsewhere. Ordered a happy meal no toys. Boxed other food in the happy meal. Gave me the wrong dipping sauce.Update 2/25Went back ordered the same exact item and got the toy and nuggets were placed separately. The line was longer but it went smoothly.
They are not 24 hours/day anymore, but have conveniently left the hours listed on their door blank so that you can’t know when they’re supposed to be open
Great food I had a sausage egg Mc muffin my personal favorite for breakfast it wasn't all that clean but getting my food was fast
Drove 20min to this McDonald's cause it says open 24hrs, but no one at the drive thru. Called 8 times before getting a pick up....the guy who answered confirmed they were closed for the night.....shouldn't say open 24 if you're not.
