2022-May. We had a mobile order.Our first drive-through order went quick.Our second drive-through order was a mess. Cars from the driveway entering the commercial compound turns right to the drive-through traffic, and not giving way to the actual cars that followed the drive-through lane entrance.So we just picked-up our mobile order to another McDonald's.Have a great night!
There’s this girl that works the drive thru window some nights. I’ve encountered her twice within the past couple months and she is simply put, rude. Both times she gave me part of my order and then comes back after a minute or two then walks off again and comes back again looking confused as to why I’m still at the window and finally asks if there is something else I need in an off putting tone, with an odd look on her face. I’m sitting there thinking she’s getting the rest of my order, but then she comes back and treats me like I’m bothering her?? So I have to tell her that I didn’t receive my entire order and she walks off annoyed like it’s my fault???? How hard is it to check that everything was given and not be rude towards customers for YOUR mistake?? Both times it seemed like she just wanted to clear the order off the screen. She acts inconvenienced. I hope she doesn’t treat all customers like this. I always say thank you but this girl has ignored me both times and shuts the window. I’d take it to heart, but it just says that she has a bad attitude in general. I wasn’t even a bit rude, so it’s not like she was dishing it back to me. She was just plain old rude. In fact, I’m quite shy so I don’t like having to speak up and ask for anything extra but I will speak up if my paid order isn’t complete. In this case, the majority of what I paid for wasn’t given. It’s not like I’m going to drive off and get back in the long line when only the drive thru is open. It’s not cool to be disrespected over something so small. This girl makes nonissues into issues. Poor customer service. A good attitude makes a world of difference.
What can I say about Mc’s oh I really like there coffee and there hot apple pies is one of my favorites. And of coarse there delicious fries yumm.
Girl taking my order kept cutting me off, didn't get my full order and when I pulled up to pay she was talking with her coworker giggling and taking selfie ? and then rolled her eyes at me when "if you two girls are done goofing around could I complete my order please" I also informed the manager. I am not trying to be a Karen just sharing there is a time and place to goof around and be rude while working is not the place
Get rid of the 24hr sign. I've passed by a dozen time by now and each time, round midnight, the drive thru has a cone blocking the drive thru cause y'all aren't 24 hours like you advertise out front
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to 9 countries. Terrible attitude from the manager and when I called back to ask for her name she said it so unclear three times so that she didn't get in trouble. I got my order wrong, then called and went right back to the drive-through and still it was wrong! I then called and asked for a refund and she seemed so reluctant and rude but it's just ridiculous and I really don't trust these people for customer service, my food for me or my family, and I definitely think it needs new management ASAP. On top of that though worker that handed me my food had these nasty claws where you could see all the dirt under her nails. Not COVID compliant.
This place is s consistent joke. Usually they are bad with delivering complete orders but on this day they went above and beyond. Visiting the drive through which we do several times a week is always an experience and yesterday was no different. My order was simple. 1 deluxe breakfast one sausage mcgriddle and 2 drinks. After the usual 15 minute wait to get to the window with only one car in front of me I reached the not so friendly girl at the window she passed me my drinks and than my bag of food and I was off. I drove about 50 feet and pulled into a parking spot realizing the weight of the bag I received was not consistent with my order and sure enough when I opened the bag there were 7 egg mcmuffins and a couple mcgriddle and a couple of other items I never opened. out of the corner of my eye I saw what looked like a disgruntled trucker marching towards my car with hands extended as if waiting for me to pass her something. Could this be the manager from McDonalds looking for her lost order!? Sure enough it was and she demanded the bag of food be returned which I did hand her at that point. Not a thank you not a I'm sorry for the mix up nothing. She left and I sat there dumbfounded. 10 minutes later she returned to my car with another bag. She walked up to the window demanding to see my receipt which I have her and again nothing she gave me the bag and turned to walk away. Is this the kind of management mcdonalds hires? She was the most unprofessional. Rude and demanding person I had encountered in a very long time. As if I stole the food from them and she stopped my get away which couldn't be further from the truth. I wonder if she gave the bag to the rightful owner? While I was inspecting the contents of the bag one of the eggs fell out of the bun and landed on the floor. Did she inspect the bag or just turn it over to the customer? I will never return to this McDonald's and would hope those reading this do the same. Atleast until the management is replaced. The current manager needs to go back to her job as a prison guard where her personality will fit right in.
Took a long time for the food, there was no free refills , I went to purchase another drink, I paid with $2 cash & they said they didn’t have any change so I paid $2 for a $1 (with no refills) don’t recommend this location.
Do you eat your yoga mat? Then do some homework and see what the buns are made of.
This place is not too busy(which probably would be the time people begin to notice it’s true). Staff are pretty kind, clean environment, real quick service.
