I went to try to order lunch at 10:45am from the app. Unfortunately the app has a difficult time switching from breakfast to lunch, so while the app allowed me to try to order a breakfast item it wouldn't allow me to actually place the order...I got so upset that I went somewhere else to eat. McD's please get the app updated so maybe for a 15 minute interval you can either order breakfast or lunch. But not being able to order anything on the app is extremely frustrating...
????????????Lunch time is very busy but the staff are very quick. Customer service 5 star. My order accuracy 4 stars pictured below with a copy of the receipt. I order two filet fish sandwiches with extra tarter sauce and a small fries with lite salt. I received two filet fish sandwiches no tarter sauce and the fries lite salted. I returned to the restaurant with my receipt and pictures of the sandwiches and manager replaced my meal and add a large fry to my order with no issue so even though they made a mistake they fixed it without any problems so that is why I gave them a 5 start. Thank McDonald's
horrible and the owner is don't know what to even say about him. went through the drive through more than one here lived my whole life. I will go here again this placed has messed my order more than once. but I kept on trying you support your local business. Well after I figured maybe I should take my time to let this person know whats going here. This is the response I go He told me and I quote it was my job to make sure the order was correct?? Never again
Every time I order a frappe they wait until I pay and tell me at the second window that they are cleaning the machine and that If I would like another drink. Stop being lazy or learn how to use the dam machine.
Literally standing there for 5 minutes for a soda and 4 employees asked me what my drink was but no one including manager could finish the order? Instead the manager proceeds to talk bad about Another manager and says I have “important manager thing to do in the back” then proceeds to laugh by herself….. all while I’m standing there only one in lobby in complete awe at the unprofessional environment
Worst McDonald's ever. Was told to park because our food was not ready. Waited 10 min. Worker came out to our numbered space with the wrong order. Went inside to ask after 15 min. Manager said she didn't have our order and we had to WAIT for them to make it. There is something VERY wrong with this branch.
Drive-thru was closed at 9:45 on a Sunday night, that’s pretty unacceptable considering your store hours. Either update your customers so they don’t sit waiting, or keep your restaurant open like it’s supposed to be.
Road sign not on Mgr told twice it was not on. Waited 20 mins we own stock how many people drove by think they were closed.
one mcdonald's is just like the other. It's not my go to place for fast food, but the kids for whatever reason, really likes it. I personally hate the long lines and lackluster food. But when I have to make a run for the kids, this is one of the best mcdonalds around. And that is because the staff is always friendly and speak with you with a smile. They always try to accommodate any requests.
How hard is it to get a plain double cheeseburger? It can’t be that hard. And on top of that the drive-through lady has an attitude. Like if you don’t like your job go somewhere else
