Let me get started we were having a good time with the family and all and at the end they charged us like 120 dollars including a tip. We were cool with that but after we left the lady who was helping or one of the ladies that was helping us still had the Audacity or requesting a tip. She said we had to leave a 15 or 50 percent of a tip. I told her you had charged us 9 dollars for a tip and ur still asking for a tip?? I think even though you get a service you have to be ok with the service you get and of course depends on you if you want to leave a tip. But requiring a tip? Sorry but that’s wrong and I’m being the most respectful way as possible. Not racist or anything as well. I love Korean bbq and love the people but I’m just being honest about this. Thank you guys.
Price increase with very small variety, and no buffet at this Location.Customer service is okay not too bad, but the ambience of the facility looks run down and outdated
Idea of the food serviced raw and you grill it is good. But the servers are very rude and food quality is low. The shrimp you can't peel it , looks like it is very old. The meat is awful.The servant didn't want to get more popsicle for my daughter who did eat anything.
Food was okay nothing special plates were nasty too. The girls hovering over you and staring at you, just made me loose my hunger. Paid and she ran back asking why I didn’t tip. Tip is optional wouldnt let me leave if I didn’t tip.
Absolutely my worst experience at a Korean BBQ place. The service was neglectful. She sat us down and never came back. We made eye contact multiple times and even called for her so we could order more. We sat at an empty table for about 5 minutes. She kept looking at us and not coming over despite our attempts to get her to come over.On top of the worst service, the food was subpar. Each meat was the worst cut, and in gigantic pieces slopped onto the plate. They only had 12 choices, gave very small portions of sides (half or less of the small bowl usually given). The salad had no dressing at all. Thank goodness we only got water because that was never refilled.When we finally were done waiting, we walked up to the register where the lady continued to ignore us. She finally gave us the check without a single word. At this point, I'm pretty sure she was just being racist or discriminatory.100% Do NOT recommend. Will never return. I highly suggest you to drive down the street in any direction for any other kbbq establishment.
Save your money, the sides were not good and the service was terrible. Plenty of other Korean BBQ places around that are so much better! (A few that I've reviewed here as well)
I came in with my friends, thinking that the food and service was going to be average. What a surprise, the portions are fantastic and the service is really good. Food is really good.
Service was pretty bad. We were a party of 5 and our server rarely checked up on us for more food, grill change, or even to refill our one water jug they provided. And the meat is okay, nothing really special.
Unrushed dinner. Many families eat here. Meat quality was better prepandemic but still better than most. Always great kimchi, hot sauce, and rice paper.
Unique dining experience. Food & service were very good
