Famous bowl had over fried bits of strange food substance, maybe dried dog food? but sure was NOT popcorn chicken or even chicken. Bucket of chicken was just as bad. The chicken batter wasn't crispy OR original, strange coating on the chicken. The staff is clearly not following proper cooking steps. I'm sure if this was a corporate store and not a franchise the food quality would be up to par. I've given this specific location 3 chances, 3 strikes you're out! I will not be coming back to this location and HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location at all costs, not worth wasting your hard earned money or a possible trip to the ER for food poisoning.
My girlfriend and I have been sick for two days since eating at this location Sunday 3/27/2022. I called and person I spoke with couldn't even understand what I was saying. Kept asking if I had receipt.My girlfriend and I haven't been this sick in YEARS!!We are both still afraid to eat anything! My stomach is still a mess two full days later.Horrible experience!!
Old chicken. Food is bad very bad. Oily, old and very salty. No good
Tried the beyond chicken and was very disappointed. It was rubbery and bland. The coating was not even close to the flavor of the original. Glad I tried it but it totally missed the mark.
Panhandler harassed me by following me around asking me for money. Staff did nothing
Chicken was hot and fresh. Just not that crip. They got my 4 pics. Meal correc t his times. 3 earlier times I was shorted on order, however, I had very long work weeks and didn't feel like taking more out of my day.
