Jay's did an amazing job for our wedding! Food was delicious and service was excellent. Throughout our planning process they were very easy to work with and consistent, clear communicators. Would highly recommend.
My (now) husband and I worked with Brianna to have Jay’s cater our intimate wedding. From the moment we reached out to them, she was wonderfully communicative and open about their pricing, options, and any other details we requested. We chose their Latin-inspired cuisine, and we were ill prepared for the explosions of flavor they brought to our venue. Every aspect of the food was absolutely delicious. During dinner, our guests peered over at us from their tables with that “do you even know what’s happening in my mouth” look. And yes, we did, in fact, know what was happening. Plus! Jay’s provides all of the necessary tableware with their all-inclusive packages, making the set-up/clean-up process exceptionally simple. If we could have Jay’s cater our daily lives, we absolutely would. We recommend Jay’s to anyone looking for the most mouth-watering cuisine available for their event. Seriously.
We hired Jay's for our wedding at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and they were absolutely amazing. The tricky part of our venue is that there was no kitchen! You would have never known that they had to build their own temporary kitchen on the lawn outside! You really can't go wrong with any of their food options (short ribs & lime chicken were amazing) - everything was way higher quality than your typical wedding food!Everyone was extremely professional, great communicators, and really want to go the extra mile to to please! It was so much easier to have your apps/dinner, bar, and dessert all order from one place. We ordered our wedding cake from them too and it was so good. I wanted to have an authentic 1944 Mai Tai as my signature drink - I gave them the recipe and a provided a few extra ingredients and they made it happen!Their pricing was fair and very transparent, their servers/bartenders were awesome, and everything ran like clockwork for our wedding. Highly recommend!
We have used them in the past and their food is wonderful ?.Unfortunately with Covid they are not offering staff services, so for this event we will have family members Do that job.
Ordered desert's for my Father's Funeral... OMG they are the BEST!!! Was worth the drive over there.. Have used Jay's before. And will continue. But, word of advise, put your desert away for later...They were all gone...? Thanks Jay"s Catering.
We are so glad we hosted our wedding with Jay's at the Rose Center in July. We had originally planned for May 2020 but had to postpone twice due to covid. Jay's was very understanding and flexible through it all, honoring our 2020 food costs and allowing postponement without a fee since it was about a year from the original date. Even if we had decided to push it out further Jay's postponement fee was very reasonable. We've heard terrible stories from other couples with their venues or caterers not allowing them to postpone without forfeiting everything or paying insane fees, so we were very grateful Jay's wasn't like that at all.Special thanks to Lauren Macleod, our Event Specialist. Lauren was incredible! She was always so friendly and professional, promptly and thoroughly answering all our questions as we constantly weighed different options while assessing the ever changing pandemic. She went out of her way to help us with the food tasting (pre-covid) and options for our various requests. And she worked well with our coordinator hashing out all the myriad final details. She really helped us feel well taken care of through over 1.5 years of planning/re-planning.Also want to mention Jeanne, the venue manager, who always instantly responded to date requests. It relieved a lot of the stress of constantly re-evaluating potential dates.Finally, regarding the food and the venue itself. The fact that Jay's does both the venue and catering hugely simplified things. And the food was absolutely stellar! Tons of options and great flexibility for allergies all while still being reasonably priced. We kept getting tons of praise on the food from guests. Jay's also ensured proper covid precautions with distancing options, a staff-served buffet, plastic barriers, etc. The bar and desserts were also fantastic.The Rose Center turned out to be an even better venue than we anticipated. Super easy free parking, plenty of space, and excellent location. That we were also able to adjust things to fit everything outside was a huge plus and made everyone feel safer (covid). We could already tell the venue was beautiful from our initial tour and final walkthrough, but all the indoor and outdoor backdrops looked even more stunning in photos than we imagined!Overall our wedding exceeded all our expectations and we were able to enjoy every moment stress free. That was in no small part thanks to Lauren, Jeanne, and the Jay's team. Without question, we highly recommend Jay's and the Rose Center.

It was all beautiful and everyone invited has told me how happy they were with the food and drinks, we can’t thank them enough!

From sports banquets to the silent auctions, Jays was always our top choice. When we got engaged and found our Venue, we explored multiple caterers. We even went to a few tasting events. When we were invited to the Taste of Jay's event we were blown away. Every item was better than the next. The choice to hire Jay’s was obvious. They had a huge variety of food selections. The fan favorite hors’ devours was the beef wellington and everyone loved Jay’s famous Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano. We worked specifically with Brianna Long. She was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and was helpful in answering all our questions. Jay's surpassed all our expectations!

I usually love this place, prices have increased too much and the food quality was not as good as it used to be. We were disappointed. Maybe just a bad day, because all other orders hear have been fabulous
