I was at this Jack's location today, Sunday some time between 2:30pm and 3:30pm and it was thee worst. Waiting like 10-15 minutes in the drive through when I was the 2nd in line from the very start of my experience at this location, so not at all busy. So don't know what the hold up was. It was ridiculous. Almost felt like leaving the drive thru line as i was in a hurry and had only asked for an order of tacos and a medium curly fry with a cup of water with a slice of lemon, which btw the young man taking my order was shocked of my lemon request. I've always asked for this and others understand the assignment. This kid didn't so i told him not to worry about it. (His reaction was very strange to me, there's always slices of lemon wedges, i understand the self serve stations have been gone due to Covid, but the drive thru they are in charge rather than the customer.) Anywho, the tacos were poorly made. I know it ain't gourmet it's fast food, but it was bad. I thought there's no way you can mess that up! It just didn't taste right. And the curly fries were like the bottom of what was left of the curly fry batch they had, like only crumbs is what I got... not even complete curly fries. I'm not from the area but was in dire need of fast food and this spot missed it. don't know is this employee and his coworkers were high, but that's the only conclusion I can think of as to the delay and the jacked up food.
Curly fries burnt on 2 separate occasions. I won't return.
Just alot of pepole from the streets lotier here. Always expecting a hand out, cigerrett or dope. RudeBut the staff are polite everything was hot and tasted fresh. Fries not too salty not hard. Also taco was crunchie hot whenu bite into it.
Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast.
They stay open late and they have good customer service
I've come to this place about 3 times in the past 2 months and Everytime they forget something in my order. Very slow drive thru but friendly staff.
I used the drive thru at this location today and it was around 3am. I was heading to work so I bought breakfast. I try to buy a coffee but they claim they don't make coffee until 4am. Theres like 7 other Jack n the boxes in the area and they all have coffee served because they're serving breakfast, right. Duh? Then I tried to get some jam for my sandwich and he told me they were all out of that too. Its so close to my job so its convenient but I wouldn't have gotten food at all from them if I knew I couldn't get coffee at 3am or jam for my sourdough. I've had better service at a food truck inside of a junkyard.
24 hour jack its good i always get the breakfast items they are available all day.
A little slow in drive thru, told the car in front and us to pull around. Got all the order correct, very friendly
All around good food especially late at night. Need to bring back bacon and cheese ciabatta. Was my favorite burger of all time along with the chicken Supreme ?
