In an era when businesses could care less about customer service, just not being bad is good. That's how my experience there would rank. The surprisingly impressive thing was the freshness quality of the food. Excellent
I love this location... they always make my food when I place my order so its always fresh and warm. and they are super friendly you might have to wait a little bit to get fresh food I don't mind at all.. thank you guys for you hard work
I go there just for the salads I don't like there hamburgers too greasy taste nasty. Back to the salads there not to good either the lettuce is poor quality and the chicken strips our too small. You need add more idems for what you charge customers.
Out of the Jack locations closest to my house I prefer this one on Euclid for many reasons. They have cashiers who have great customer service skills, the lines go by quick, and their food never disappoints.
They got the right and they did it very quickly.i was truly impressed. Definitely would go back.
They have good customer service and The prices are fair, very cheap food . fast service but I would not say their food is healthy. They have plenty of parking , they keep their establishment clean.

The food is consistent. You know what your going to get ever time . Wish is really good. Most fast food places do good 1 out of 10 times. Jack is like 9 .5 out of 10. I don't eat much fast food anymore but if I do I know jack won't let me down ...like so many others.
