I have no idea why this place is popular, the burger patties are just 2 oz and even with a double I could barely taste the meat, and the sauce was disgusting. The fries were good, the place was clean and the service just ok- friendly but they made a mistake on my orderParking area is small, a little hard to get out when crowdedMaybe other people like the food here, to each their own
My letter to in and out after a terrible time in this location and their total lack of response after discussion.On or about April 23 2022, though it could have been a week later or so. I visited your store at the corner of Beach and Trask in Garden Grove. (9032 Trask). It was lunch time.The drive through was filled so I walked into the store to order. There were a few people waiting for their orders and one in line waiting to order. It took a bit to order since the cash register was closed out and it took a while for it to work again. Th person in front of me in line gave his order and I stepped up to give mine and for some reason a loud fan in the kitchen was turned on which made it hard to hear.I tried to give my order and could not make myself be understood. This went of for a few minutes. I tried to get e pencil to write my order but to no avail. Now it was not really too loud, but the cashier could not understand me at all. I even tried to point but she was unable to understand even after the noise level died.I left with no order no food and irritated as you can imagine.So I called the stores phone and got a centralized customer service agent. I related all this to her. She took all my information including contact information and offered a small recompence which I appreciated.HOWEVER it has been a month and there has been no further communication nor anything in the mail. So my question is…Was this recompense just a story or did someone drop the ball.
Out of the other locations I've tried, this location has been the best. The burger was delicious and the service was great. Still not too fond of the fries but they were still good just not hot enough.
Don't plan on eating inside because there is only a place to order. The outside seating is available. This is the first double drive-through that I have seen. If that is your goal, they have this as the focus.

In-N-Out never disappoints.I ordered the Double-Double Animal Style, fries well done Animal style, and a coke.The INO staff was friendly and looked like they were happy to be there. I enjoyed the vibe very much.BTW - I got lucky that the lines weren't out on the street.
Always, a late night favorite one thing that I love about in and out is the fries made instantly they don't sit around and wait for somebody to buy them they only make the fries when you order them! And the burgers and the specialty items like animal style hamburger and what not, are off the charts if I could give them a 10 I would give them a 10 Love in and out burger! ?

I Love this place and I think it's has the best hamburger ? and cheese burgers ? in town.The only thing that I don't like is the location and long line. But it's worth the wait ?
Food is what you would expect...delicious! ? I'm glad they moved the entrance off Trask instead of Magnolia because the backup used to be terrible for traffic. If you have a full size truck or SUV, use outer lane of drive thru. Inside one barely fits full size truck.
