Last Saturday I came in to pick up my pizza. It was extremely busy. There was a guy in front of me who took a very long time and had problems with his card. The young woman at the counter was very patient. When I go again I'm glad that guy won't be ahead of me. Lol
I ordered a scheduled delivery 3.5 hours in advance, the started “prepping” my order 30 minutes before my scheduled delivery, an hour later still no pizza, try calling the store and they never pick up the automated system just keeps talking and no one picks up. This is ridiculous.
I placed an order with them at 5:45 and called the store because it was taking a while I just wanted to know when my order will arrive but they claim that my order wasn’t even in the system horrible experience from this location
Placed an order and it was left on preparing for over an hour and tried calling at least 10 and they answer and hang up. Went to the location a spoke to Blanca and she is so rude and while I was there I watched her pick up the phone and hang up at least 6 times. She claimed she was the Managerand if that’s true she needs to be trained again or fired! Worst customer service ever and still never got our food. I
I just had the worst experience with Domino’s! If this was my first experience, it would be my last. I ordered online through my account using an offer I received in an email. 1. My order was in prep status for over an hour! I called the manager to make sure my order wasn’t lost. It still took a while before the status changed to bake so I assume my order was lost. 2. I never received a call or text saying my order is on its way. I left directions where to leave my contactless delivery. (Trailer on the driveway). Driver still went up to door of vacant house. 3. I told the driver my order was incorrect and he told me to call and ask for a credit, he’s not able to come back out. WTF? 4. So now I have a credit on my Domino’s account instead of my PayPal account when I’d be happy to never order again! So very disappointing. Very low quality pizza. Salads we ordered never arrived. Comment on order ignored. Manager didn’t seem to care. If you’re too busy or short staffed, stop taking orders before you ruin your reputation.
Unfortunately I had to rate it very low. I put my order in and the pizza was not ready on the time given. Waited more than a hour or 2 hours. Many people had the same thing happen. About 10 or 20 people showed up and were upset. Only a few workers were present and they could not complete orders. It was the fault of the online computer possibly or people taking orders. The workers were trying hard but couldn't keep up. No more orders should have been taken. The monitor with your time and order when ready should be viewed from outside. Only so many people are allowed inside the pizza restaurant. Online notifications weren't working correctly. I hope they fix up their system. It isn't only the fault of the pandemic.
This place is horrible went in to place an order and they said we would have to wait 20 mins before they could take our order because we could and didn't have the means to order online and we where paying cash and then after we decided to leave one of their employees followed us to the door to slam the door while we where walking away this is no way to do business and if I could give them zero stars I would
After an hour and a half of placing an on line order. Still no pizza then was told that driver does not deliver to the door. Cancel order pls.
All depends on the day and time you go, if you go on a slower day and time with the proper staff then it's a 5 star. If you go on a weekend or holiday and there understaffed then it's a 3 star, it depends on different factors. Also most people need to stop thinking there food should just magically appear in there mouth in 10 minutes, they might have about 40 orders in front of your oder, the app only works about 50% of the time so just be realistic , when it comes to ordering. plus if your in a hurry order pick up and you will get your food about 15 minutes faster ,
We usually order from here and had no complaints. Until our online order was wrong. I called and was told to wait for 3 minutes. Waited on hold for almost 10, and heard the girl pick up another call and help them. I called again and was hung up on. Same thing happened when I called again. I get if it’s busy, but they should have better customer service skills. By the way her name was Blanca. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.
