This store is located near a Costco and an Office Depot. The exterior was clean, newly paved parking lot. Inside seating area was clean and has been updated with single person seating cubicles. The order taker was very knowledgeable in that I presented the new promo coupon for the Crunchtada and she pointed out 1 of the 3 options was not available yet (ingredients supply issue for this location) and that it was also a combo with fries and a drink. The fries were crunchy, the Crunchtada was decent in size. Be sure to ask for a fork to eat with.
So disappointed! Said they didn't have the avocado veggie bowl anymore (although it was still on the menu board). They still offered salads (in a bowl-like container), still had all the ingredients, but unable to make the bowl for me. Not thrilled with their customer service.
01/07/22, 6:24PM. Waited in line for what seemed like ages but to be exact, 15 minutes, just to get to the speaker; about 5 cars ahead of me. What's the hold up, I thought to myself. I kept my window down in case the cars ahead mentions something. Nothing. When the car in front of me go to the speaker, I tried to get a sense if they're short staff or not. Nothing. The car just pulled forward. Is the speaker box down? Then came my turn. I waited for about 3 minutes. Maybe it really is down. So I drove forward, back in the queue. I watch the car in front, again just to get an idea of the pacing of the service. Some words were exchanged, window person handed the driver a drink and driver handed over their card to pay. This is where I thought something was up. Once the driver got their card back, they drove off. Strange to only get a drink after waiting all that time. So I pulled up as it was my turn and I asked if their speaker box was working because I didn't get to place my order. They said no and that if I wanted to order, I have to go to the back of the line. WHAT?!?! Ridiculous. I didn't want to deal with it as it wouldn't change anything. I just drove off and as I was driving away, I could see that there was a long line behind me. So many people out for Del Taco on a Friday. I ended up just going to mcDs across the street because their service is usually on point or just not this bad. Like come on. If there is an issue with the speaker box or it's busy inside, communicate it. Much like how I'm communicating my disappointment with my experience at this Del Taco tonight. Terrible.
Absolutely sucked. Asked for Carne asada fries with my meal was told it was not an option. Was given options I did not want so I said ok just regular fries. Fries were burnt, soggy and cold. Gross. Also asked for a diet coke, need to watch sugar levels was given regular coke. Should have just canceled order.
Clean dining area during lunch time on weekday, food was good and beef crunchy tacos had decent amount of meat. The parking lot is shared with Costco so can be tough to get parking. Normal lunch and dinner times expect long wait time at drive thru. Staff is ok in customer service but can tell they are stretched thin and need more help. If I am in a rush usually avoid this place. Drive thru decent for fullsize pick ups. No space for Dually trucks. FYI I usually get the bean and cheese burrito or Breakfast roller and ask them to add both green and red sauce in it. I ask for green sauce in mini quesadilla if I want it slightly less dry or have them add red sauce in mini quesadilla gives it an enchilada type taste.
Got some night time del taco for the first time. It took a little time to get it but it was great
I waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes. I knew that there were several cars in front of me and was very understanding and polite. However, the employee was very rude. They cut me off repeatedly in the speaker as I was making an order and when I got to the window, they were giving me attitude for absolutely no reason. I handed them my card and the employee at the window snatched the card out of my hand, angrily swiped it, then handed it back while rolling his eyes. I understand that this employee was under stress but that behavior was uncalled for. I will not be returning to this location.
I like the food I buy at Del taco, but they messed up my order this evening. Oh well Im sure they'll get it right next time
I just ordered a plain taco with cheese(I'm picky so I make sure to say exactly what I want loud two times at least), they put literally the smallest amount of fake beef that they could and it wasn't even in the shell, it was on the outside. When I tried to return it, he tried charging me for the cheese(the picture on the menu and the price matched so I didn't owe him), then he mouthed me off and flexed on me, told me I didn't ask for cheese. I could've gotten a taco across the street for the same price and had 3x the beef. Wish I would've just biked there. Gotta get less aggressive employees a fights gonna break out with this hothead XD
I mean, they get the order correct, but the younger female at the window late at night is awfully rude. Literally the most mundane person. It's not just once, it's every single time. I used to come here way too often, and I knew everyone who worked here and they knew me, my order, my vehicle, etc.. They changed basically everyone and it's like they hired all people that absolutely hate working here, hate people, hate serving people, or being polite and smiling at people. ?♀️
