I've been going to the Dairy Queen on Harbor for years. Tonight, May 27th, it was closed early for whatever reason. I ordered 3 large blizzards, 2 Heath, 1 cookie dough. I have never been so disappointed. One Heath Blizzard was fine but the other 2 were completely messed up. Halfway through the cookie dough, there were chunks of Heath and it seemed to continue to the bottom. When asking about the other Blizzards, I discovered that there was cookie dough at the bottom of one of the Heath Blizzards. This has seldom happened at my usual spot. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen when someone with a nut allergy has a reaction to some ones negligence.
Refund please. Kids run this location. Check your food before you leave!! Basket of fries that I ordered specifically "extra crispy/well done" was soaked in water. The box they came in was covered in water and shoved into a black plastic bag. It took 8 minutes from the time I got to the door to get an employees attention, google and doors say 9pm but I got there at 8:14pm and the doors were locked. Whoever the owner/manager is needs to get on their employees. This isn't the first time I've had an issue. This will defiantly be the last time I come to this location.
Very good dipped soft-serve, my kids love it. I go with a Blizzard. Those are hard to beat, especially on a hot summer day.Their brownie Sunday is really good too. The brownie is soft and moist, not overly sweet with a little bitter dark chocolate taste.I've honestly never had any of their actual food, just their ice cream desserts...
Service in the drive is always Awsome and the food and deserts are boom.
This place has gone very downhill. The inside used to be open and the service used to be better, but now the inside is closed because of a "labor shortage" (In the business world, that means that they can't find enough employees who are willing to be overworked and underpaid). I don't havea car which means I can't make the convenient 5 minute walk to this place like I used to and have to rely on other people with cars to use the drive through. I've seen the manager be disrespectful to employees and it has affected their work. The employees try their hardest, but some of their orders have been sloppy lately due to the stress. They have often been out of things on the menu, like the sauced and tossed chicken tenders for example. The only positive thing about this place anymore is the friendly employees and the coupons.
Looked at the online menu and some stuff were offered online for order but not in store. Nephew liked his meal so overall pretty good
They closed the inside drive thru only but allow walk up at the drive thru window causing dangerous situation kids playing in the drive thru in front of our car
A regular spot for guilty pleasures. The owners make sure you have a wonderful dining experience.
Best banana shake I've had in a really long time perfect thickness creamy and refreshing. Chicken strips were for my fur baby and she didn't say how they taste but from her reaction I will say they must have been great. ????
Excellent, took our kids for some DQ blizzard,so yummy and staff very friendly!I recommend it!
