Came on the worst day, more than half of the blizzards were sold out. The usual blizzard I get didn’t have a sold out label but when I tried ordering it, the cashier said it was sold out. So I had to read what is a microscopic menu with teeny tiny lettering and very few choices. Chose the chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard, just tastes like artificial strawberry with tiny shards of chocolate, just awful. I would pass on coming to this location again, the workers make you feel like an inconvenience even though it felt like the other way around for having to drive to this place.
The employee was great. But the food was GARBAGE! I tasted frozen chicken strips from Walmart that were better tasting... It was over priced for the quality of food.
Got an email from Dairy Queen saying today is free cone day! Drove across town to find a sign on their door that they aren’t participating in Free Cone Day. So disappointing!
I just went in there and the girl in the front was SO RUDE! she denied my service because I was not wearing a mask so I went back to my car to get it but she was not nice about it at all. When I asked for two cups of ice she said she couldn’t so I asked her to charge me for it and she said no because it was “dishonest“ so then I proceed to tell her to charge me for two large drinks or two large cokes and she still said no.... from the looks of it she hates her job & is making the company loose money and if shes not happy there I suggest she gets another job because she doesn’t have any good CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! And after reading many reviews I suggest the owner gets new employees instead of just apologizing over and over again!!! Its not a good look for the owner!Edit: I attached a photo of the girl that took my order… I got it from another review on here. save yourself a bad experience and don’t go there.
Awful customer service and super slow as well.We were there for 20 minutes and it was not that busy and they did not take our order. We were not the only ones that left either due to the lack of service.
We walked in ordered our blizzards from her & after she told us we need to wait outside because we didn’t have masks. I am exempt from wearing them & am protected by law. We tried to explain. She took our money and then rudely kicked us out while wearing her mask incorrectly with her nose out. ?
2 very young guys working they were very nice but didn't kniw what a misty float was they must have been new lol
A little unsanitary inside and outside. The employees seemed pretty overwhelmed too.
Could have been cleaner. I went because I wanted to try the new bacon burger they advertise, but they didn't even have it in stock. I ordered a chili cheese dog and it was some weird consistency that I couldn't even bite through.
I ordered 2 cakes here and they were exactly as I wanted them. The prices were very very fair and I definitely will order from here again. The employee that took my order was very nice and helpful, and answered all my questions which made it easier to decide what to buy.
