I can’t believe the amazing customer service and amazing staff working there! There are so kind and generous. Everything was so clean and very organized. When I ordered a cake they had it prepared and on top of that the cake was delicious. I asked for the custom cake through phone the manager marm was on top of things and how easily it was to ask for a specific cake. 10/10 would order anytime and anywhere! I ordered a pint last week but decided to cancel the order since it was a hassle and I did cancel the delivery but didn’t get my money back. I literally called them 5 times this whole week and they still didn’t solve my issue. They always said that we will give a request to our manager but still nothing. I’m at my limit and will be going to them face to face until I get my issue resolved.
