First time bringing my kids as well as my first time coming here too . They take your group picture when you walk in . Then it's the food and play card . We got two for our three kids . You can order food or just to play . We got one pizza and wings with drink . They give you a device that tells you when your food is ready . Omg the food was sooooo good the stuffed crust pizza is baked just enough to get the cheese stringy . Wing are super good too . Just be prepared to spend it's worth it to make memories with your children !!
So we came here last time, and we order a pizza even extra Large. With salads I just barely looked at receipt after ordering. I didn’t know that they charge you for the flavors, like ham & pineapple and cheese? So it was like 20.00 something and just for the big extra large pizza was 30.00 dollars? And we didn’t even got fuel at all.. we went to other place because everything about food to expensive even small drinks like 12.00 dollars for 3?? And the people who work they’re as hostes for parties of the kids, this guy was being mean to us telling us to move like 3 times from the tables and we told him. That we asked front people that we want to seat in a bigger table very rude, and unreasonable never coming back. Hope the manager/owner see the people who works there..this happen last Saturday ???♀️?
I waited 20 minutes for an employee to assist me in taking my order. Once it was my turn, I was told the location only had stuffed crust for pizzas, I had to ask if I was going to be charged for a crust I didn't request and they said I would have to pay for it. The customer service here is disappointing. I understand things happen, but there should be a level of support for customers when things like that happen or some type of notice for people to see before they waste their time.
Staff was very nice. But the pizza and chicken wings were nasty. The wings were like a frozen bag you get at a grocery store, not worth the price I paid. When you buy a e-card and you do it for mins. You only get a 10mins pause. By the time you sit down to eat. Your 10 mins are up. Which is unfair especially if you have kids with disabilities like I do. You really need to think about your customers I paid over 200 and sum change for 2 pizzas 1 topping 2 orders of chicken wings 6 drinks 2 salads. And almost 200 for e-cards to lose 30 mins in eating. Never again. I will stick with John's incredible

First time visitor. I'll be honest I came with a negative perception of the place. I assumed it would be dirty and full of squirrelly kids and parents not wearing masks with tattoos everywhere. I was largely right.That said, my kids had a great time. The staff were pretty friendly. The tables and bathrooms were clean.The food was surprisingly expensive, 30 bucks for a medium pizza and a few drinks but at least it was decent.The games are pre pay card based, you can pay for points/credits or for a unlimited play, time based system. I really like this second option as it forced a scheduled on the kids and you don't have one with half their credits left at the end of an hour and the other run out in twenty minutes. We paid about $50 for two hour long cards (check the website for that deal) so at $25 each it was reasonable. The games were good, not to many out of service. A good mix of video games, carnival games and timing based games.Prizes are what you would expect, a lot of junk and the good stuff behind a massive pay wall.Overall, not a bad deal, I'd go again if my kids screamed at me enough.
Went a few weeks ago to celebrate a 3rd Birthday party. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this Chuck E Cheese for birthday celebrations. Very clean and Staff very attentive.
It was great! Beer is decent price if you're here for a Coparent experience. The hispanic major manager is kinda bossy and not allowing her employees to learn. Love the environment and other manager. :) plus all the great deals throughout the day!.
