Ive been to this Chipotle maybe a dozen times. I think the staff has been friendly maybe once, possibly twice. Other Chipotles have had much friendlier staff
I ordered a mobile order for a burrito with extra fajitas and corn salsa and it was not wrapped all the way and food spilled out everywhere. Had to drive back and ask for it to be remade and when I opened the burrito that was remade the queso spilled from the side of the burrito. Both burritos weren’t wrapped properly and I wasted my gas and time and couldn’t even get my problem solved.
The guacamole is spoiled and the portions and half other chipotle restaurants serve. Ripped off
I ordered a bowl to be delivered. The ingredients ordered were carnitas, fresh tomato salsa, brown rice, cheese,guacamole, lettuce, fajita veggies and black beans. I RECEIVED was carnitas, lettuce, pinto beans & lettuce. NO brown rice, NO fajita veggies, NO cheese, NO black beans, NO cheese, and NO fresh tomato salsa. I have a sloppy soupy mess that I paid $25 to have ordered from Uber Eats. I am SO ticked off!!!!! I called the store & no one answers. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!
Give a decent amount compared to other locations. Good service. Big plaza with a lot of parking.
Great amount of food in the bowl but not as flavorful as before
Chipotle seems to be very popular but I didn't much care for it. The food isn't fresh. All the ingredients are behind the glass like at Subway and you build what kind of dish you want. But that's just my taste.
I go to Chipotle ALL THE TIME. Lately this location has been stingy on the protein. Pretty much got one tablespoon worth of meat today & on other bowl paid for double meat & was barely one of their spoons worth. To spend what $15 for mainly rice & beans is absurd. On top of that todays steak was rock hard like eating beef jerky. Love Chipotle but y'all gotta not be so stingy on portions or will ultimately lose customers. Tacqueria De Anda started copying Chipotle with their taco bowls so gotta keep game up
Can't just order a simple quesadilla, and when I get it it barely has cheese and the 5 pieces of steak is hard like it has been overcooked. My 11 dollars of food sucked.
It seems to be there's one worker here that likes to force people to wear masks even though it's not their job ... And this with me picking up my food already paid for it and one of the workers told me I couldn't come in even though I already paid ??? That's not how business operates
