Never am I really down in Cali to get some pasta, but this store was calling out to me.The service was great! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and was a very nice and peaceful area. They where busy so the service was a little bit on the slow side, but was to be expected.The complimentary bread that they bring out is soft, fluffy and very tasty, with a crunchy crustNow the Pastas are to die for, they are huge and I mean huge portions that I was not expecting at all! I got the pesto, with chicken and was a little disappointed, as the chicken I had seemed to be over cooked, and seemed to not really be cooked in the sauce, but rather just chicken cooked, and then the noodles and sauce just dumped on it.. which is okay but would have loved to have the chicken cooked in the sauce. Other than that the basil and garlic ratio was phenomenal and very enjoyable :)I asked for a side salad, and it was massive, which kinda makes me wonder how big a salad ordered would be.Will definetly be coming back that's for sure!
I am disappointed and disgusted with the service. I was served raw meat twice. I ordered a medium-rare steak and got raw meat. I called the waitress and she replaced it with another steak that was raw as well check the picture. The dinner area was not clean at all and workers (non-waiters) were constantly coming in and out. I was hoping that they would remove it from the bill, but they did not.They just lost a customer, save your money and go somewhere else.
Carolinas is the old timey italian spot everyone hopes to find in their life, serving authentic Italian dishes, full of flavor and portions!? Plan about $20-$30 per plate? Parking can be limited so plan accordingly**Recommend ordering their house Sangria bottled to go.Any of the dishes will be SAVORY and memorable!
Went to pick up food for the family and my kids selected.some gummy worms and jello near them. When I got home, MY KIDS started to eat the jello and mentioned that it tasted funny. I tasted it and it CONTAINED ALCOHOL!!I called and spoke to Tim and he apologized. He said that they don't card people if they look old enough. Also, he mentioned that the jello was far up but yet my kids had access to it in baskets near the candy. The item was not labeled as containing alcohol nor was my wife carded for ID. I'm thinking of taking legal action.
Hate doing this and debated but the food was just so very bad. Had pizza and Caesar salad. The salad tasted off but was edible, the pizza was not edible. It was the worst pizza I've had in my adult life. I didn't notice the reviews before going but if you sort it seems they're quality had rapidly gone down and I'm not alone saying the food is terrible.Real shame because the staff was nice and beer selection great.
Wonderful restaurant! The staff was very accommodating towards me and my guest. The aesthetic of the interior is also very beautiful. The food is also very good! One of the best pasta places I've been to.The price is high but consider the food portioning! One dish could be shared with two people. If you get the three sampler, I would suggest sharing that with someone else.100% would drive back to this place just for their Alfredo & Cream Soda !
Really Good Place for Italian food. Staff very friendly and they have the Food in a short time and full of flavor!! Prices are very affordable..
We’ve been ordered take out from here a couple times, the first few it was awesome. However, this experience was not as pleasant. The customer service was not very helpful, my mother-in-law had placed an order for one family size lasagna and a family spaghetti. Once we unpacked it at home we found out it was two lasagnas. They did offer to deliver the missing spaghetti, but they asked us to give the lasagna back. Normally this would be fine, but during Covid times it seems odd, especially since it was their error. They also did not extend a refund when we asked to be comped for the inconvenience of having our order wrong, and an hour after we had our dinner. They offered to send us a credit to use for the next time VIA text message, but was never received.
A great place for Italian food. We had the 7 layer pizza. I would recommend it. Service was good
