I've said this before I only give 5 stars when a place has gone above and beyond. I've beenppq going to this Carl's Jr. Since 2010 until 2015 and I have had times where I might not have had the best experience, I have started going back in 2022 and since then all my visits deserve a five star review. The staff at this location are top notch. Tonight the last day May was no exception the guy who took the order to the manager were exceptional.06/24/22What difference a week makes went thru drive thru and ordered ice water for my service dog and they are now charging a dollar plus tax. I'll have to figure out if water is being charged elsewhere and make a decision. Dine in reuse cup add ice go to restroom and fill with water. Same water less the cost.
The food isnt fresh at all. Everytime i go there is no ranch and the shake machine isnt working. Worst Carls Jr around.
Second time I went to this place and very likely the last. Service is terrible. The guys at the druve thru behave like they're partying and you're the one interrupting the fun.Today Melani R took my order. No "hello" or any other way to start a conversation with another human. Not wearing the mask properly. After handling my order she goes like "anything else" with an attitude as if she was annoyed and doing me a favor. I asked for ketchup and she basically threw it to me. No "sorry" or any apology.If you don't like working with people or just don't like your job then quit and find another. You don't go to work to hang out with your buddies: you go to do a job.I blame whoever the supervisor is for this behavior because again, something similar happened before. As for me, I guess I'll just go buy food somewhere else. I don't like to leave 1 star reviews unless I find something especially terrible; like today's service at Carl's Jr.
Love the food and very professional customer service here. I felt very welcomed and comfortable eating here unlike at the McDonald's right next to it.
I like Carl's Jr a lot but this place is not great, not anymore. They are pretty rude to you when you order, they don't work their masks correctly (I saw 3 of them wear it below the nose) and to be honest, they make going there not worth it anymore, like I almost no longer want to go there or be there any longer than I need to. I hope that when Covid is over, this place gets better but I highly doubt it.
No refills due to COVID-19 BS. 3 stars for falling for that nonsense! You get one back for charging one dollar.
This place and all the workers have bad attitude in the morning they don’t pay attention to my order they never have ranch and it’s been over two months that I’ve been come here and they never have jalapeños bad bad bad
This Carl's is guilty of faults advertising and up selling They advertise any size drink $1 yet they refused to sell me one unless is bought a combomy son did order a combo and got a large drink but they still refused to sell me one unless changed to a combo. BAIT and Switch
