My daughter wanted to go To Yoshinoya when she first arrived her from airport because it’s her favorite places to eat.I contacted corporate that Fullerton Yoshinoya that we went and got to large beef bowl watery rice that tasted like dirty tap water. They were suppose to find out and call me back same day but never did.
I came in for some chicken bowls like two weeks ago and they had like 3 pieces of chicken and im paying like 9bucks for this ...so i take a picture and desideto come back today and Basically give it another try I bring it to the attention of that cashier you know I know his answer was I can't do nothing about it I wasn't here I said OK thank you just wanted to bring me to your attention he replied will it does mean you're good knowing because I can't do nothing I'm just a cashier Very sad to hear that I don't think I'll be returning.
Door says open until said time. It's 6:45 and the doors are locked. Open until 8 the people inside are just looking at me not answering me. Not very professional at all I don't understand how they are open ........
It's not as busy as other locations. Always quick & get what you ordered.
Worse service ever!! the cashier had a nasty attitude, I asked for condiments and he refuse saying it was in the bag , I told him can I get more? He roll his eyes at me !!??we never going back to this location in fullerton!!!
There's a sign on the door that reads. Please be kind to the workers. We are short staffed..Ok! not a problem.. I walked in and the young lady in the front counter was very short to the point and rude. I ignored her tone and proceeded to place my order. I guess Yoshinoya didn't get the memo. Lockdowns are over and mask requirements have been lifted. The inside looks like a barricade anticipating a Zombie attack.?
Food is usually good , today I was asked in a very rude manner to put on my mask. I understand everyone is required but I forgot to put it on as I entered, the guy cooking was the rude one. I'm not coming back to spend my money here again
Worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant for a while. Ignorance and negligence is always a part of a poor staff and this staff was both. I placed an order and waited 20-30 minutes for my meal, I don't have a problem with the waiting.. my problem is that I waited this long and ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS VEGGIES. I clearly asked for "Beef bowl with veggies". I would have gone back but I was already running late for work. What a waste of time and money. They charged me $7 for veggies ?! This place is a joke and they need new staff. Major error, I would rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this level of stupidity.
This place was dirty and the employees look completely miserable. They shut down their seating and the place looks like it's practically closed down. The food was terrible and I will never go there again.
I don't normally leave reviews for big chains like this, but this place was so above the top when it came to quality that I must. To begin, this is the only place that has placed my container in a separate bag when ordering extra juice for my bowl. Really helped so that we didn't spill everything when pulling the food out of the bag. Then we get to the good part. My food came out hot. Not just warm like most places. I mean hot as if I cooked it at home. Soooooooo delicious and makes the food taste so much better. Great experience. Best I've had in a long time.
