This is the fastest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Your food is ready before you even pay for it. Fries are good and I'm partial to the Son of a Baconator ?. This is a really tasty burger and is worth trying. Watch your coupon XP date as the cashier will shut you down if it is expired.

So horrible. Food was cold and completely wrong. The workers are all very rude. Was told one price when i ordered at the drive thru speaker and then told a different price when i got to the window. A $10.78 increase from what i was told. When i asked for a receipt the lady said theres no reciept paper and slammed the window shut.. i tried to get another employees attention and i got flipped off. Never going here again
I would give Wendy's a 5 star rating , it was the fact that the red head who took my order forgot what extra butter means when I asked for it on my potato. Then the red head forgot the napkins ,and most importantly my puppies hamburger patty.You could have had a 5 star rating Wendy,but I have to rate accordingly because I did have to go back for the things I had asked for. Great food though Wendy I loved it.
My wife and I had a gift card so we decided to go to this Wendy’s. Our experience started at the order window, the staff member was hard to understand and he kept getting our order wrong. After that experience was finished we pulled up to the window and presented a $20.00 Wendy’s gift card and a $10.00 bill to cover the cost. The cashier charged 10.00 on the card (I have no idea why he didn’t even ask about the amount but two staff members said the card only had $10.00 on it, on a 20.00 gift card hence our confusion) and said we didn’t have any change coming so we were naturally confused it was a $20.00 gift card after all. The staff was completely argumentative and insulting, thankfully we were finally helped by a very nice manager who understood the problem and resolved it.After dealing with a disagreeable staff (excluding the manager who was helpful) the food was horrific (dry and burnt and the lettuce on the chicken looked like it came from Chernobyl) it’s safe to say won’t be back for the food or the terrible service.
There was little people there and they had a good meal for $5. However I just didn't really like the flavor of my small sandwich. Their customer service is amazing though!
I went during breakfast time but the nice friendly lady told me i could get lunch if i wanted so i got fries and a cheddar bacon burger with fried crispy onions on it. The fries were hot crispy fresh with just the right amount of salt. The burger was freshly made but it wasnt hot. It was almost room temperature..it was ok but not great.. ill give 5 stars cause the worker there was very polite.
Burgers are fresh and fries were crispy. Great value for quality meal.
I’ve encountered the most rude miserable female I’ve EVER experienced in customer service at 8:08 this Sunday morning! She threw her hands up at me, rolled her eyes and even walked away from the window because I simply asked to switch the combo to just the sandwich. If you hate life so much please just quit your job especially when its customer service!! Unfortunately she said she was the manager so there was nothing else I could do. I will definitely never come here again!!
Food poison. I went to the window and only 4 cars in line got my food and went home around 2 miles. Ate a cold burger and had some fries that some where not cooked. And the next morning I couldn't stay off the toilet and throwing up to. I will not be going to this place again.
