Lukas really now's how to put together a great acai bowl, and the quality of the ingredients is much better than other places I have tried.
I was visiting California and was in the mood for an acai bowl. Googled Ubatuba, had fun saying the name, and decided to give it a try. And wow! They did not disappoint! Ended up going 3 days in a row before deciding I should take a break! Took a day or two off and then went back a few more times before my visit was over. Definitely looking forward to going back the next time I'm on the west coast! Or, better yet... open a shop in New York!

i get acai bowls pretty frequently as my job requires me to be on the field so i get to try alot of different places.. but this probably the most disappointing location i’ve been to. food and service wise. the presentation of the bowls are so nice online, i asked the girl if that’s always how nice they are and she said close so i was excited but it wasn’t. and i dont know if she was just having a bad day.. but also just felt was like i was being talked down to that made want to leave mid transaction. they were also out of a few items that i wanted. i’m being nice and going to give it two stars bc at least you can add as many toppings as you’d like, where most places charge more for that (not that i got alot of toppings).
Really good authentic açaí. Customer service was not the best. Not friendly and seemed like they had a bad attitude. Açaí was great though the only thing I wish is that it wasn’t so frozen, it was hard to eat from being so frozen. Also wish that you could layer topping and just not have them on top.
