Solid joint. Classic neighborhood steak joint. Avacado egg rolls to start. They came with a weird bbq sauce but it was kind of good. Clam chowder was creamy and had enough clams, this dish could have used more salt but would totes eat again. Ribeye was cooked to my resquested med rare and was well seasoned. I traded out my baked potato for beans. Bad choice. The beans were mediocre at best . Apple pie was pretty good.Overall great neighborhood steak place. It's not fancy but will get you a good meal with friendly service. I will totally go again. Thanks for a great meal with the family HBD.

Service was good, very friendly folks. Chicken strips and steak fries were average at best. Large portion but bland and rubbery. The french dip my brother ate looked better and the Ortega chicken my SIL ordered was good based on what she said.Grew up eating here and the menu is easily twice as large and that may have reduced quality.Blue cheese dressing still slaps ?
This is one of my go to breakfast places! Everything I have ordered is delicious and always made exactly the same. Lunch menu is delicious as well. I will be back soon for my breakfast fix!
We had Lunch here today and the Tuna salad sandwich was delicious and served with the best coleslaw I have ever had!!!
Went in before 2pm. Waitress had me waiting several minutes. Just a couple of people in place. When she finally took my order she said breakfast was no longer available. Breakfast served until 2 pm. Wouldn't listen insisted I order something else. Too bad. Place actually has good food. This server was rude sarcastic and cost the place a sale and my ever going back.
Surprised they are still in business. New owners screwed this place up. Overpriced, worse food. Too expensive for what you get.
We love this place. It's old school food. Basic steak, potato, and salad. The special steak is great. When you want a old school straight forward meal, this works.
I just left the Hungry bear and I am so impressed. The servers were so sweet and when I ordered a pie to go they wrote thank you "BEARY" much on the bag which I thought was so cute. Excellent food and great service with an adorable atmosphere with all the bear decorations. A real family like restauarrant. I loved it. Great experience.
After forgetting about this place for 20 years, I was in the mood. 8:00 they already turned off the grill. Said on the phone arrive by 8:45. The manager was too busy on the phone to take care of his customers, what a slacker. There were only 2 families eating their meals. Reputation and Integrity still holds weight. Food was terrible. ? won't ever go back.
