Nice location but no drive thru. They were a bit slow although they were not that busy. My drink came out right and I did get service with a smile. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience as well. I do recommend this location if you don't mind the walk.

Lots of seating for people watchimg. My ice-blended mocha hit the spot and the person I was with enjoyed her hot mocha.

Required masks after the state lifted indoor mask mandate. Also locked their lobby and said I had to place an order on their app and they would bring it out on 3/1/22. Never wasting my time at this location again.

the shop owner/server wrote me a message to apologize for my bad experience. very nice and courteous of them. they even offered to make me a free drink next time i stopped by to make up for the experience. will definitely give it a shot the next time i stop by.

Great coffee place, delicious drinks.

My favorite drink is called "The Ultimate" mocha flavor (you can get vanilla also) it's blended with chocolate covered Expresso beans. So yummy you gotta try it! :)

This was my first day of vacation & the first coffeeshop I decided to visit here in California. I worked at a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Hawaii for 3 years. My usual drink is a quad iced espresso with half a scoop of hazelnut & half a scoop of mocha. When I approached the counter & ordered my usual, the guy behind the counter (I think his name was Jared based on the pictures they had displayed of their employees) he decided to correct me & tell me it’s actually a “dry americano”. I work as a coffee taster now with formal training & I can tell you that there is no such thing as a dry americano. I just wanted 4 shots of espresso with hazelnut & mocha. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth & just came off as pretentious. Very disappointed with the customer service. Remember Coffee Bean: The initial interaction with customers defines & acts as the basis of their experience.

I love the coffee Bean . It's People need to patient and understanding. That plaza is not all that safe. 2. You have a lot of the homeless going In there. Being rude to the staff. Not cleaning up after themselves. ( This was before COVID-19.)Than after COVID-19. More work on the staff. Not more pay.The staff always makes my coffee right . They Stay open later than star bucks off of Harbor Blvd. They close at 7 pm the inside lobby . I feel it partly has to do with the homeless people live in there bring all there junk with them

Always busy in the morning, I suggest to order ahead on mobile app. Downside is app is sometimes down or their availability isn't updated. But overall friendly staff

6:25 AM, two people working and 3 customers standing in line. We were totally ignored for 6 min. ( I timed our wait with my iPhone stop watch). I’m amazed that not one employee could not acknowledge our presence and even tell us that they will be with us in just a moment. It really tells you they don’t care and Starbucks is just down the road.
