Unfortunately the lady that was attending that was there did not acknowledge us till 5 min later. No other customers in line or in the place at all. But over all ok. Very distracted service.

Worst customer service ever. The female is absolutely rude and she rolls her eyes when you ask for anything on the sandwich. I mean the concept is build it your owen way so it makes no sense why she would have an attitude. Defiantly don't recommend.
The employee was there by himself and had a bit of an attitude and combative and he was hard to understand.
I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any Subway location. I ordered my sandwich on the app. When I arrived at the restaurant, Romelda told me that she never received my order. After showing two forms of order confirmation (I literally showed her the order on my phone— and she responded by saying that she’s not sure if I’m giving her the correct address), she embarrassed me in front of other customers and told me there was nothing she can do. And, when she called her manager, she took her mask off in COVID times. I still cannot believe that she berated me and refused to make me my sandwich. Now I have paid for the sandwich and did not receive it. Lessons learned: do not visit this location, do not order from the app, and do not be expected to be treated with any decency here.
Fair enough, it's a subway! The younger employees tend to make the sandwiches better.

Good evening, It has been 18 days since I visited the subway and my issues have not been resolved. Not only is this a huge inconvenience for me, but is leaving a disgusting taste to Subways customer service. My complaints were simple and straightforward, and I am baffled by how Subway is handling the situation. I would really like for my refund to be given back to me and furthermore. I look forward to hearing from you very soon! In addition, here are some of the photos of how poorly cut, and made my sandwiches were made, and were very cold, regardless of asking it to be heated in the oven. Along with the receipts of the two franchises where the orders were placed. **This is my 7th letter I wrote to Subway and no one has helped me with the issues, therefore I am writing on here hoping someone at subway franchise can assist me. :( Regards, A very conern and dissatisfied customer.
