I just had a bad experience with the customer service here at Subway. never really had a problem until today. The younger person there decided that he wanted to do it his way on my coupon and charging me more than I actually was supposed to be charged and just gave me some weird excuses. I ended up saying that it was okay...since I specifically told him exactly how I wanted to be charged separately. But he decided to do it his way and gave me some weird excuses. I wanted to take back my tip because I left him a good tip I put it before he even charged me. But hope he gets better at doing his job. I was not rude and just left.

Scrumptious sandwiches fresh fixings soup is delicious as well.

WHEN IN SERVICE SLOW, WHEN I ORDERED I ASKED FOR A CHILDRENS LUNCH SEVERAL TIMES. 4.99 GOT CHARGED 8.58. TOLD THE PERSON THAT DID MY ORDER WAS NEW. FUNNY THE GUY AT REGISTER TOLD ON OF THE EMPLOOYEES WHERE HER HAT WAS AT. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK OR A HAT. NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE!

I did not receive what I ordered. My steak and cheese had NO cheese. It did not have the olives or the avocado I ordered and I was charged for. It had all the vegetables that were ordered for the turkey I ordered all with the mustard. The turkey sandwich had none of the veggies that were ordered and no mustar, just meat and cheese. When I tried to call to let them know their mistake, the phone number doesn't work.WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO BY FAR!!!

They cut the sandwich when it's open and also they put it in the bag half open.
