Today in the morning I got an iced coffee and then when I left my cup holder didn't hold it good and it got spilled it all over my car ? I went back after I cleaned it up because I still wanted my coffee and this nice lady, I didn't get her name, but she had red streaks in her hair recognized me and i briefly told her the situation on what happened. She was so nice and gave me the drink for free. Thank you so much! That really meant a lot to me and I appreciated it because my morning was going bad, but that made it better thank you!!!
I WENT AT 9:20ISH TODAY AND I WAS CRAVING A COFFEE OF COURSE SO THIS YOUNG MAN HELPED ME OUT I ASKED ABOUT THE EGG AND BACON BITES AND HE TOLD ME DETAILED BY DETAILED WHAT IT HAD HE TOOK HIS TIME TOO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND HIS SENSE OF HUMOR AND HIS PERSONALITY ?? JUST BROUGHT SO MUCH JOY ? ? AS WELL JAKE KEEP UO THE GREAT WORK HUN?? YOU ARE AMAZING KEEP IT UP??

I walked up to the door and it was locked when clearly it said open on google and the employees just stood inside and looked at me I wanted to go in so I could get a mug. But no they weren’t open when the website said they where won’t be coming back waste of time
Drinks and atmosphere are what you can expect at any Starbucks. If you’re planning to get some work done, don’t. There isn’t a single outlet available anywhere in the sitting areas. Even worse the wired table with USB and outlet ports is connected to an outlet in the floor but there is no power at any of the table ports/outlets. When asked, the employees said it doesn’t work. I expected better customer service ??♀️ maybe someone should put in a work order.
Just went for one coffee ask to them to put sweetener guess what no sweetener just cream and the cup they game wasn’t closed all the way it spilled in my car and on my hand
We ordered 2 teas and 2 muffins at 5:45 pm and we got them at 6:02 pm. There was no line inside and only 2 people inside and 6 staff workers. We reminded them when they brought out our teas but we didn't get our muffins until we reminded them for the second time. We are just happy our stuff was hot but what happened here. We can do better than that.
Good service and very clean
Ordered a drink waited 15 minutes, had to go ask for whatever reason no one made it had to wait few more minutes. All they could say was sorry and to top it off my cup wasn’t even full. Never again.
I really enjoyed the decaf; it was among the best I've ever had. The barista is really skilled at creating various toppings.
