Waited for almost an hour after we ordered. My kid goes to check and they have no record of our order. They wasted an hour of my time. She tried to take my order, AGAIN! But is way too late by then. The food isn't good enough for an hour wait and clearly the staff is incompetent. I tried calling but of course they don't pick up and not able to leave a message. I am so tired of raising prices and declining quality and service.

Paid for my online order. Substituted limeade for lemonade. I can live with that as the lemonade was only 40 cents more. What I got was sprite not limeade. I'd rather drink water then sprite. Guess it's back to Carl's. Almost forgot the people that work here are nice and polite. Now that's huge so I will give them another chance. However I will order in person not online.

My boyfriend went today and they took over 30 minutes to give him his order. He only ordered 2 items and a drink! The people in line behind him were getting helped and leaving before him! We have both worked in fast food so we understand it gets busy but we shouldn’t be waiting in line for over half an hour to have people behind us (who waited less time) get their food and leave. Not to mention the workers never apologized for how long he had to wait. The whole experience was very frustrating.

Horribble customer service at this sonic location. So when I walked inside to speak with the manager to solve the issue. There is no manager, there is no common sense there whatsoever. Bottom line is I had few forgotten items left off my group order and wanted to pick them up very simple and easy you would think right. The front desk employee Ms. Lupe was NO help at all. And she was on her phone while I was trying to explain my situation with her. This place needs some serious help with managining.

My sandwich was good but onion rings were really burnt. Normally I would.have asked for a refund, but wasn't worth the effort.

Horrible. We drove up to the self parking/order and no one even took our order. We waited 30mins and more. Pushed the button for help and nothing. The cars at the drive through window were going and we didn't even get anyone to help us. We ended up just looking for another place to grab something quick to eat. Why say you're open and have customers wait when you're not even open to serve. If your self ordering doesn't work, don't have it.

Ordered drinks and didn't know it was half off between certain hours. So I save a bit of money and the service was quick. With the money I saved, I tipped the staff 50% of my purchase. I would come here again.

The employees are always so nice and the food is good. Especially desserts and shakes. But I ordered online, chose a pickup time for a half hour after the order, checked in when I got there and still had to wait 15 minutes. The food was cold when I got it home, which is only 5 minutes away. So, that's my only negative experience and I'll give it another try but maybe eating there is the better option

Great Service! Enjoyed the ease of using the app ordering ahead, then only having to pull up enter the stall number in the app then they bring my order right on out with a smile. Stephanie was great!! And the 1/2 price corndogs & Slushes aren't bad either! ☺

Waited about 5 minutes after pushing the order button just to be told "be with you in a minute". Waited another 5 minutes to placed our order. Waited 20 minutes and no food or anyone coming up to our car to get payment. We asked an employee about our food and she said she will check on it. She came back about 5 minutes later to ask what our order was.We planned our time before our events and due to their actions or lack of we ended up being late to event without having our dinner.Ruined our night!
